Je suis Ambre, kinésithérapeute diplômée en 2021 d’un Master en kinésithérapie générale, et je me suis récemment spécialisée en kinésithérapie uro-gynécologique. 

Grâce à cette formation complémentaire de 2 ans, je suis particulièrement formée pour prendre en charge les pathologies urinaires et fécales (incontinences, constipation,…), les troubles sexuels et douloureux (dyspareunie, vaginisme,…), ainsi que la kinésithérapie périnatale (prénatale et postnatale). 

Mon approche personnalisée vise à soulager vos douleurs et améliorer votre bien-être, que ce soit pendant la grossesse, après l’accouchement, ou pour traiter des troubles urogénitaux et sexuels. 

Je suis disponible pour vous recevoir au centre MédiChenois les lundis et jeudis après-midis et au centre CKS les mercredis après-midis et les vendredis matins. Prise de rendez-vous par téléphone au 0497/40.97.87.

Sensitized to active listening in order to best adjust the treatment to the request of her patient, Pénélope Chariot practices orthopedic (muscle, joint, etc.) and trauma (accidents, operations) physiotherapy with babies, children and adults. ,...). Specializing in Manual Therapy, she approaches the pathology using gentle manipulations, joint mobilizations, and kinesiological tests. She has a cranio-sacral and visceral approach and also refines her practice by opening up to energetic Chinese medicine and microkinesis. Diplômée de la Haute École Léonard de Vinci et formée en pelvi-périnéologie à l’UCL, je prends en charge les troubles de la sphère abdomino-pelvienne à chaque étape de la vie féminine : préparation au accouchement, rééducation post-partum, incontinence urinaire et/ou fécale, constipation, douleurs pelviennes et troubles de la statique pelvienne

Exerçant au sein d’un cabinet sportif et pratiquant l’athlétisme depuis plus de 10 ans, je suis particulièrement attentive aux problématiques périnéales des femmes sportives (fuites urinaires à l’effort, douleurs pelviennes) — une réalité que je connais de l’intérieur

Mon objectif est d’offrir à la femme un accompagnement bienveillant, personnalisé, respectueux de ses besoins et de son rythme, et veiller à son bien-être
