She is mainly specialized in perinatality (pre-post partum) and uro-gynaecology. She also takes care of you for physical therapy of the hand and endermology.

I am an independent physiotherapist with a passion for sports and exercise. My goal is to address any type of pathology in an active and qualitative way in order to achieve physical and mental well-being. Located in Forest, on the border of Ixelles, St-Gilles and Uccle, Claire is oriented towards the care of musculoskeletal pain. She receives you for orthopedic treatments, post-operation, scoliosis, or for global muscular reinforcement in prevention of sports injuries. She is particularly interested in shoulder pain, low back pain and neck pain as well as issues related to chronic pain. Trained and certified in STOTT Pilates, she incorporates it into her treatments in order to help patients strengthen their muscles and develop their proprioception. Her goal is to bring people to know their body better and to use it without fear. She regularly trains and questions herself in order to provide her patients with treatments that are validated by the scientific community while being oriented by her own qualities as well as by the individuality of each patient. She transmits her knowledge to the patient and guides him/her in order to make him/her autonomous in his/her treatment and to keep the acquired knowledge beyond the consultation period.

Diplômée à l'ULB d'un master de kinésithérapie et réadaptation de m'oriente rapidement vers la formation continue en kinésithérapie pédiatrique, je me spécialise dans l'accompagnement des nouveau-né comme des enfants/ados, particulièrement dans les domaines du neuro-développement et de l'orthopédie pédiatrique. Mon expertise s'étend également à la rééducation abdominale et aux soins périnataux.

Dynamique et motivée, je place l'écoute au coeur de ma pratique. Ma vision thérapeutique repose sur une approche biopsychosociale, garantissant une prise en charge globale et personnalisée qui tient compte de l'environnement et du bien-être de chaque patient.

Graduated in physiotherapy from the Haute École Leonard De Vinci in 2017, I have acquired extensive experience in the management of sports injuries and musculoskeletal problems. In addition to my initial training, I followed sports physiotherapy courses in Paris, obtained a university certificate in orthopedic manual therapy at the Catholic University of Louvain (UCL), and followed training in physical assessment and preparation for University of Poitiers. I believe in a personalized approach for each patient. Having obtained a master's degree in physical education at the Free University of Brussels, I naturally moved towards physiotherapy and rehabilitation, a discipline in which I graduated in 2022. While working, I undertook a specialization master's degree in sports physiotherapy in order to combine the two professions. This concluded positively in 2023. The different skills acquired allow me, if necessary, to offer my patients a specific rehabilitation program. Dynamic and attentive, I also take care of different types of pathology: orthopedics, traumatology, cardio-respiratory revalidation, geriatrics, neurology, etc.

Passionate about sports since his youth, especially basketball, the practitioner is currently practicing with the Phoenix Brussels Basketball (Division 1). He also practices within the Brugmann hospitals (Neurology Rehabilitation & Intensive Care). He can provide you with abdominal reeducation care, help you to free yourself from your back pain, lumbago, notably with the help of crocheting, suction cups or free yourself from your joint pain. He also takes care of rehabilitation, home visits, bone problems, sports injuries, hand, wrist or neck pain. He holds a master's degree in physical therapy from HELB and is specialized in sports physical therapy. His consultations are conducted in French or English.
