Doctor Alexandru Paun, Plastic Surgeon, studied medicine at the “Carol Davila” University in Bucharest. During his specialized training in Plastic, Aesthetic and Reconstructive Surgery, he completed internships at the University Hospitals of Strasbourg (France), University Clinics of Bucharest, Saint-Pierre University Hospital Center in Brussels (Saint-Pierre University Hospital) and at the Saint-Pierre University Hospital Center of Luxembourg (CHL). Still within the framework of his assistantship, Dr Paun participates and successfully completes French university courses such as the University Diploma in Microsurgery (CHRU Strasbourg) and that of Surgical Anatomy of Lambeaux (CHU Bordeaux), allowing him to update and to perfect the theoretical and practical knowledge essential to Reconstructive Surgery. Le Dr Vanessa Mendes est spécialisée en chirurgie plastique, reconstructrice et esthétique. Diplômée en médecine (2011) et en chirurgie plastique (2018) de l’Université Libre de Bruxelles, elle a complété sa formation spécialisée au sein de l’Hôpital Erasme jusqu'en 2023.

De 2018 à début 2025, elle a également exercé au sein de l’Hôpital Civil Marie Curie, où elle a contribué activement au développement de la chirurgie mammaire reconstructrice, en particulier dans le cadre de la Clinique du Sein, en collaboration étroite avec l’équipe de sénologie.

Elle exerce actuellement au CHIREC Braine-l’Alleud – Waterloo, où elle occupe la fonction de cheffe du service de chirurgie plastique, ainsi qu’en cabinet privé à Braine-l’Alleud.
