Attiré par le contact humain et le sport en général, j’ai débuté comme kinésithérapeute en 1999. Je me suis ensuite spécialisé en kiné du sport. Très vite confronté aux douleurs aiguës et aux pertes de mobilités, je me suis orienté vers l’ostéopathie. J’ai terminé mon cursus en 2010 pour lancer mon cabinet de Haut-Ittre. C’est avec l’envie de participer à la réussite du sportif en lui permettant d’approcher ses capacités maximales et en lui apprenant à écouter son corps que je rejoins également l’équipe Health & Sports Care du centre Mounier à Woluwé. L’ostéopathie s’adresse à toutes et à tous: femmes enceintes, sportifs de haut niveau, amateurs ou sédentaires. A chacun son parcours, chacun ses ambitions , « Toute personne qui essaie d’atteindre et repousser ses objectifs est un sportif à son niveau. » Mon rôle est de pouvoir vous aider à retrouver une meilleure mobilité et à améliorer vos performances par un ensemble varié et adapté de techniques manuelles. »

D’abord kinésithérapeute, Nicolas Marchal est devenu ostéopathe D.O. par passion. Diplômé en 2012 au Sutherland College of Osteopathic Medecine, il s’enrichit encore constamment de formations complémentaires pour offrir des soins de qualité. Il prend en charge les nourrissons, enfants, adultes, pour des douleurs aiguës comme chroniques dans une approche douce et personnalisée. 

Son objectif: rétablir l’équilibre, soulager des tensions et favoriser le bien-être durable.

Grâce à mes cinq années d’études en France et à mon expérience canadienne, j’ai acquis les compétences nécessaires à la prise en charge ostéopathique de tous types de patients, du nourrisson au senior, en passant par la femme enceinte et le sportif. J’ai un intérêt particulier pour le domaine de la périnatalité, pour les techniques viscérales et pour les petits troubles du quotidien.

Ma mission principale consiste en l’évaluation et le traitement manuel des restrictions de mobilité, tout en vous guidant dans la gestion de vos douleurs aiguës ou chroniques. Je saurai m’adapter à vous afin de vous proposer un traitement personnalisé, en fonction de vos problématiques, par le biais d’une approche musculo-squelettique, viscérale, crânienne, myofasciale ou encore somato-émotionnelle.

Impliquée dans le sport depuis un très jeune âge, j'ai toujours été passionnée par le corps humain et ses réactions face aux blessures et dérèglements dont il peut être affecté. Très vite, j'ai été attirée par la kinésithérapie pour le contact humain et cet attrait du corps. J'ai ensuite voulu m'orienter vers l'ostéopathie pour son approche plus holistique, la prise en considération du patient dans sa globalité, en être entièrement à l'écoute pour l'aider au mieux.

Osteopathy is for everyone, from infants to the elderly person, including pregnant women. It mainly deals with complaints of the musculoskeletal system and peripheral nervous (neck, back, peripheral joints, jaw) but it is also known to be effective in case of headache, dizziness etc ...

Regarding babies and infants , techniques used to relieve colic, reflux, discomfort, the torticollis, plagiocephaly and sometimes unexplained crying.

Osteopath, Mathieu Grégoire graduated from the Catholic University of Louvain where he obtained a degree in physiotherapy and rehabilitation in 1998 and a degree in sports physiotherapy in 1999. He graduated in 2009, specializing in pediatric and perinatal osteopathy. He treats and helps his patients to prevent migraines, neck pain, jaw problems, lumbago and problems occurring during sports activities. You can also consult him for an emergency, for a back problem or for a jaw problem. He treats children, pregnant women and infants. Après presque 10 ans en tant qu'infirmière, au plus près des patients, j'ai ressenti le besoin de compléter mon approche par une vision plus globale de la santé. L'ostéopathie s'est imposée à moi comme une évidence : une pratique humaine et manuelle, centrée sur l'équilibre et l'écoute du corps. 

Diplômée du Conservatoire Supérieur d'Ostéopathie (CSO) à Nanterre, en France, je m'appuie sur mon double parcours paramédical et ostéopathique pour garantir des soins adaptés et respectueux des besoins de chacun. Chaque consultation repose sur une expertise approfondie et une écoute attentive, dans le respect des spécificités de chaque patient.

Mes consultations, d'une durée de 45 minutes , sont un moment de soin conçu pour répondre à vos attentes dans une approche respectueuse et bienveillante.

Diplômée d'un master en ostéopathie à l'Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), après un diplôme de kinésithérapie et réadaptation obtenu à l'UCLouvain, ce parcours me confère une démarche à la fois médicale et scientifique.

Mon approche se concentre sur les troubles musculo-squelettiques variés : douleurs du dos (lombalgie, lumbago, torticolis, douleurs thoraciques et costales, ...), troubles articulaires et musculaires, ainsi que certains troubles neurologiques périphériques.

Mon objectif est de vous aider à retrouver confort et mobilité, en plaçant votre bien-être au centre du traitement.
