I have been a physical therapist since 1982, an osteopath in 1994 and a hypnotherapist since 2019. I am also a former trainer in specialization in the following institutions: SERK, CREA, ISCAM, SOFCOK, PARNASSE, BELSO, VALIDA. Punctual, I practice in Berchem-Sainte-Agathe at my private practice, the Centre Didier Abattucci D.O. (Zenithstraat 63). As a hypnotherapist specialized in hypnosis, in specialized kinesiology (with many specializations) and in osteopathy, I practice in a healthy and recovery-friendly environment. Attiré par le contact humain et le sport en général, j’ai débuté comme kinésithérapeute en 1999. Je me suis ensuite spécialisé en kiné du sport. Très vite confronté aux douleurs aiguës et aux pertes de mobilités, je me suis orienté vers l’ostéopathie. J’ai terminé mon cursus en 2010 pour lancer mon cabinet de Haut-Ittre. C’est avec l’envie de participer à la réussite du sportif en lui permettant d’approcher ses capacités maximales et en lui apprenant à écouter son corps que je rejoins également l’équipe Health & Sports Care du centre Mounier à Woluwé. L’ostéopathie s’adresse à toutes et à tous: femmes enceintes, sportifs de haut niveau, amateurs ou sédentaires. A chacun son parcours, chacun ses ambitions , « Toute personne qui essaie d’atteindre et repousser ses objectifs est un sportif à son niveau. » Mon rôle est de pouvoir vous aider à retrouver une meilleure mobilité et à améliorer vos performances par un ensemble varié et adapté de techniques manuelles. »

As a physical therapist, my goal is to help the person as much as possible in their rehabilitation. The work is always done according to the needs and objectives of the patient. The treatment is based on a precise analysis of the problem in order to treat the pathology at its source, and the patient is always active in his rehabilitation.

En tant que kinésithérapeute, j’adopte une approche centrée sur le patient, en l’impliquant activement dans son processus de soin. Je privilégie une rééducation personnalisée, fondée sur des données scientifiques (evidence-based practice), tout en restant attentif aux besoins spécifiques de chacun.

J’exerce dans deux cabinets :

• l’un situé à Molenbeek, dans un environnement calme et accessible,

• l’autre au sein de la salle Basic-Fit Rogier (1210 Bruxelles), pour une prise en charge dynamique et orientée vers le mouvement fonctionnel.

Je traite une grande diversité de patients : sportifs, personnes âgées, patients postopératoires, ainsi que toute personne souhaitant améliorer sa mobilité ou son bien-être global.

Lors de la première consultation, une anamnèse approfondie et un bilan fonctionnel complet permettent de définir ensemble des objectifs concrets. Chaque séance est ensuite construite sur mesure, selon ces objectifs, dans une atmosphère bienveillante et motivante.

Je me forme continuellement pour offrir des soins actualisés et efficaces. Je prévois de me spécialiser en thérapie manuelle et en kinésithérapie sportive. J’ai déjà suivi des formations spécifiques telles que la Fibrolyse myo-aponévrotique par technique de crochetage et le Blood Flow Restriction Training.

Mes services incluent la rééducation fonctionnelle, les massages thérapeutiques et les techniques de mobilisation, dans un cadre professionnel où écoute, empathie et communication sont au cœur de ma pratique.

Kinésithérapeute passionnée par la pédiatrie depuis le début de mes études, j’ai développé une expérience grâce à mes stages et à mes premières prises en charge en tant que professionnelle. Cela me permet aujourd’hui de proposer un accompagnement adapté aux besoins spécifiques pédiatriques.

Attentive et à l’écoute, j’adapte toujours mon approche thérapeutique en fonction des besoins spécifiques de chaque enfant. Je m’efforce d’explorer différentes techniques et approches, dans le respect de mes compétences, afin d’optimiser les résultats.

Curieuse et engagée, je suis en recherche constante de formations complémentaires pour enrichir mes connaissances et améliorer ma pratique.

La collaboration thérapeutique que je propose repose sur le bien-être de l’enfant et le respect de ses capacités. Elle s’articule autour d’exercices ludiques, d’un accompagnement global, y compris en dehors des séances, et de temps d’échange réguliers.

I graduated from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) with a Masters in Osteopathy. My goal is to encourage patients to take care of their health and enhance their body's function in a pleasant and relaxed environment.

My holistic approach is very comprehensive and includes a wide combination of techniques (articular, functional, fascial, muscular, visceral, cranio-sacral, etc.). I am passionate about the human body, its capacity to adapt and how osteopathy can help the body in its healing process.

My name is Bruna Correia.

I worked for 3 years in Portugal as a physiotherapist and I used that time to invest as much as I could in courses so that I could provide quality treatments to my patients. 

My main goal is to continue investing in gaining more and more knowledge so that I can apply it in my clinical practice. I'm a big fan of quality treatments and good follow-up with patients. That makes all the difference to the patient's progress.

I'm very involved in the musculoskeletal area and for this reason I treat pathologies such as back, shoulder, elbow, knee pain, I work a lot on post-operative rehabilitation and also with tendonitis, bursitis and calcifications.

I love doing treatments that involve acupuncture because I really like the quick and long-lasting results, and acupuncture allows me to do that. That's why I really enjoy combining my knowledge of physiotherapy with my knowledge of acupuncture (traditional Chinese medicine).
