Diplômé d'un Master en Kinésithérapeute au sein de la Faculté des Sciences de la Motricité à l'ULB, je me spécialise dans la prise en charge des pathologies musculo-squelettiques, avec une expertise particulière en orthopédie, traumatologie et kinésithérapie sportive.

Depuis deux ans, j’assure le suivi de l’équipe première féminine de rugby à XV du Boitsfort Rugby Club. Cette expérience m’a permis de développer une approche centrée sur la prévention des blessures et sur la performance athlétique. 

Mes traitements reposent sur le mouvement et la compréhension des symptômes afin de vous rendre acteur de votre rééducation. Ensemble, nous travaillerons pour vous permettre d’acquérir les outils nécessaires à votre autonomie et à un rétablissement durable. Nathalie Mouton is a physiotherapist since 2010. She is specialized in manual lymphatic drainage (using the Leduc method) as well as in muscle chains for adults and children (GDS method). She started her career at the Centre Médical du Val in Woluwé-Saint-Pierre after completing her Master's degree in physiotherapy at ISEK. She welcomes you in her private practice in Uccle for your physiotherapy sessions.

Diplômé d'un master en kinésithérapie et réadaptation en 2021 à l'Université Libre de Bruxelles, j'y ai effectué des stages dans divers domaines tels que l'orthopédie, la revalidation cardiaque, la pédiatrie ou encore la gériatrie... J'ai donc acquis une solide expérience en travaillant avec divers patients, de l'enfant au senior en passant par l'athlète. L'approche holistique et la bonne relation patient-thérapeute sont essentielles pour moi car je place le patient au cœur du traitement. Je suis passionné par le corps humain, le bien-être physique et le sport (principalement le football et la course à pied). En quête de perfectionnement, j'envisage de participer à d'autres formations continues.

As a registered physiotherapist, I attach great importance to an individualized and holistic treatment of each of my patients. I take care of sports, post-operative/traumatological, rheumatological and perineal pathologies, as well as rehabilitations in the pool (only possible in Ixelles). Possibility to do home visits as well. After obtaining my diploma, I was quickly fascinated by the intelligence of the body and its capacity of self-healing, I thus left to explore the countries of Nepal and India to understand other ways of taming a pathology and to mark this undeniable link between the body and the spirit. I have been a yoga teacher for 3 years and have started new trainings in 2020, notably in Chinese Energy Medicine and Microkinetics. Graduated in 2019 from a master in physical therapy at the Haute Ecole Libre de Bruxelles, I immediately trained in sports physical therapy as well as in manual therapy (Kinesport, Kinesitherapy of the Sport Expert). I am also a physiotherapist for the soccer club Royal Racing Club Etterbeek. This has allowed me to deepen my knowledge and expertise on sports pathologies, in order to offer you an optimal treatment that will meet your different objectives. Specialized in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders and overload pathologies, post-traumatic/orthopedic surgery of the lower limb (ACL, meniscal pathology...), I also have an affinity for the treatment of cervical and dorsolumbar pathologies.
