Emilie Parent is a graduate of Parnasse-ISEI. She obtained a master's degree in physical therapy in 2020. She mainly treats orthopedic injuries (fractures, sports injuries, low back pain, ...) but is also qualified for neurological physiotherapy (post-stroke, tetra/para-plegia, Parkinson's, ...), cardiovascular physiotherapy as well as for all types of exercise training. She also practices Dry Needling to treat trigger points. She is also interested in peri-natal support.

Having graduated with a master's degree in physiotherapy, I decided to complete my training with a specialized master's degree in the management of musculoskeletal disorders and with a university certificate in manual therapy this year. I have a great interest in musculoskeletal pathologies (joints, muscles, etc.) as well as sports-related pathologies, in connection with my passion for physical activity and more specifically for dance! For more than ten years, I have been practicing breaking (or breakdancing), a physical discipline with an artistic and creative aspect. It was therefore quite natural that I turned to physiotherapy, which focuses on movements and the body in a similar way to dance. Thanks to my experience as a dancer combined with my clinical practice, I will make every effort to offer treatments adapted to each patient according to their needs and desires, based on the best scientific evidence available. With a master's degree in physical therapy and rehabilitation in 2012 at UCLouvain, I also trained in sports physical therapy, manual therapy and ortho-kinesis. I can help you to get rid of a crookedness problem or to perform electrotherapy, tecartherapy or lymphatic drainage. I also provide shockwave and ultrasound treatments. I work at the Sentier de la Chapelle 3 center located in Frasnes-Lez-Gosselies and at the HK Health Center located in Braine-L'Alleud. Diplômé d'un Master en kinésithérapie en 2024 à la HELB (Haute Ecole libre de Bruxelles) passionné par le corps humain et le mouvement, je vous accompagne tout au long de votre revalidation. Ensemble, nous mettons en place un bilan complet et nous élaborons ensuite un plan de traitement progressif, adapté à vos besoins et basé sur des principes fondés.

Je prends en charge tout types de pathologies en kinésithérapie générale. Mon objectif concret est de vous mener et vous accompagner vers les meilleurs résultats possible et durable qui correspondent à vos attentes !

Diplômée d’un master en kinésithérapie et passionnée par le bien être, en particulier dans le domaine des pathologies féminines, je suis actuellement en cours de spécialisation en uro-gynécologie. 

Mes compétences s’étendent également aux troubles musculo-squelettiques, à l’accompagnement post-partum, à la kinésithérapie respiratoire pour adultes, à l’hydrothérapie et à la gériatrie.

Diplomée de l’UCLouvain, j’ai commencé mon activité dans le domaine de l’orthopédie, en commençant en parallèle une formation en kinésithérapie du sport. 

J’ai un attrait particulier pour les prises en charge actives et ciblées qui permettront au patient de pouvoir améliorer sa problématique initiale. Pour cela, nous trouverons ensemble la manière la plus adaptée pour restaurer votre fonction au quotidien ou encore dans votre activité physique. 

Je mettrai mes connaissances, mes formations et mon expérience à profit afin de vous accompagner au mieux durant nos séances. 

Selon moi, le patient est plus qu’une simple pathologie et est à prendre dans sa globalité en prenant en compte la sphère psycho-sociale également.

Diplômé en kinésithérapie à l'ISEK en 2022, j'ai rapidement orienté ma carrière vers la kinésithérapie sportive, notamment en travaillant avec les équipes de football de Saint-Louis à La Réunion. Cette expérience m’a permis de développer des compétences spécifiques en kiné sportif et d’approfondir mes connaissances en diverses pathologies de tout âge, notamment grâce à mon diplôme de kiné sport expert.

Ancien nageur de haut niveau, je comprends parfaitement les défis physiques et mentaux auxquels les athlètes sont confrontés. Cela m’a appris l’importance de l’adaptation et de la résilience, des valeurs que j’intègre dans ma pratique quotidienne. Convaincu que chaque patient est unique, j’adapte mes méthodes selon les besoins individuels, en étant aussi bien à l’écoute que dynamique, selon les situations.

Mon objectif est d’aider mes patients à mieux comprendre leur corps et à surmonter leurs douleurs, qu’elles soient liées à la vie quotidienne ou sportive.
