Je suis Gisèle Michiels, kinésithérapeute et thérapeute manuelle spécialisée en pédiatrie et rééducation pour adultes. 

J’accompagne les nourrissons et jeunes enfants (0 à 18ans) en proposant une prise en charge spécialisée dans plusieurs domaines :

-      Respiratoire : prise en charge des bronchiolites, encombrements, asthmes et autres troubles pulmonaires

-      Orthopédique : prise en charge des déformations crâniennes (plagiocéphalie), torticolis congénitaux, troubles musculaires et posturaux, rééducation après une blessure,…

Passionnée par le bien être physique, j’accompagne également les adultes dans leur rééducation après une blessure ainsi que la gestion des troubles musculaires, posturaux et respiratoires.

I have been active in the field of physiotherapy since 2009, specializing in pediatric care and upper limb rehabilitation. I work with both children and adults, treating a wide range of conditions, from developmental disorders to neurological and orthopedic impairments. Multidisciplinary teamwork and continuous education enable me to tailor treatments to the specific needs of each patient.

My training includes, among others:

A physical therapist, Shanna Kayembe, graduated from Parnasse Isei where she earned a master's degree in physical therapy in 2018. She specializes in neck pain, shoulder rehabilitation and sports physical therapy. She welcomes you in her practice in Evere and in the W Sport Clinic.

Delphine Parmentier, approved physiotherapist, I like to take care of patients as a whole. I welcome you for the treatment of any type of pathology (Cardiovascular, orthopedic, neurological, pediatric, perinatal, post-surgery, etc.). In addition to general physiotherapy, I am training in osteopathy at the IAO. Note that it is mandatory to have a medical prescription for physiotherapy before the first appointment. Ghjuvanni Pifferi is a physical therapist since 2019. He graduated that same year from the Haute d'École Libre de Bruxelles, with Distinction. He has also done various academic research such as those on gait biomechanics and orthopedic surgical approaches, which has allowed him to further his education. He has followed a course of continuing education in manual therapy and specializes in the field of sports physiotherapy and offers you a hollistic and complete treatment of your pathology. He is a specialist in the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders, sports physiotherapy and general physiotherapy (orthopedics, traumatology, rheumatology, cardiovascular, post-operative, adult respi, etc.). He has specific techniques of evaluation and treatment in order to elaborate the most optimized rehabilitation for the patient, adapted to the knowledge learned in manual therapy training. Moreover, he is trained in the techniques of crocheting, taping and cupping. Diplômée d'un Master en kinésithérapie de l'ULB, je vous accueille dans une prise en charge personnalisée alliant rigueur scientifique et écoute attentive de vos besoins.

Ma pratique couvre un large éventail de spécialisations : kinésithérapie orthopédique et traumatologique, rééducation de la main, kinésithérapie pédiatrique (respiratoire, développement moteur, plagiocéphalie), neurologie, drainage lymphatique selon la méthode Leduc et Renata Franca, ainsi que le suivi sportif.

Ancienne danseuse et sportive, j'apporte à chaque séance une compréhension fine du mouvement et du corps en mouvement — un atout précieux tant pour la rééducation orthopédique que pour l'accompagnement des jeunes patients dans leur développement moteur.

Je vous reçois dans plusieurs cabinets de la région (Waterloo, Genappe, Lillois) et propose également des visites à domicile.

In 2000 I graduated as a licentiate in Motor Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy at Ghent University and subsequently followed 1 year of sports physiotherapy at KULeuven and manual therapy at VWMT (Flemish Working Group on Manual Therapy). After my studies, I gained work experience in private practices, sports clubs and MPIs and worked with various therapists. Ultimately, I started my own practice in Velzeke in 2010.
