Je vous propose une rencontre dans un cadre serein et respectueux, autour d’une approche issue du courant humaniste. Cette approche, également appelée “centrée sur la personne”, accorde une importance primordiale à l'empathie et au potentiel humain. Elle me permet de vous accompagner dans la compréhension de vous-même, dans le dépassement de vos difficultés et dans l’émergence de vos ressources personnelles.

Mon objectif est de vous accueillir dans ce nouvel espace où vous pouvez déposer ce qui vous pèse, dans un climat de bienveillance, et de bénéficier d’un suivi adapté à votre rythme et à vos besoins. 

Diplômé d’un Master en Psychologie clinique et Psychopathologie, ainsi que d’un Master en Neuropsychologie et développement cognitif, j’accorde également une attention particulière aux dimensions cognitives, attentionnelles et neurologiques qui peuvent influencer votre quotidien.

I accompany adults in discomfort or questioning, in relation to private difficulties (anxiety, hypersensitivity, parental exhaustion, illness, ...) and/or situations of suffering at work (loss of meaning, stress, burn-out, toxic relationships, harassment, ...). Psychologist (N° approval 722202443) and prevention consultant in companies for 20 years, I adapt to your individual situation by proposing tools such as hypnosis, sophrology, life coaching or art therapy. These tools allow you to connect with yourself and your resources, the first step towards a rapid wellness. I also receive you (after an initial interview) for walking coaching sessions (in the forest ).

I consult every Monday afternoon from 1pm to 6pm at Rue de Tenbosch 85, office n°4. My main objective is to provide psychological support to my patients, using attentive and empathetic listening.

Certified clinical psychologist (ULB), I welcome you to accompany you in your quest, your questions and above all, to help improve your quality of life. I work to support initiatives that encourage personal development. My work is synonymous with support for your approach. Together, we can explore your questions, find solutions to the difficulties you are going through, develop your emotional and communicative skills, initiate change, establish benchmarks or simply find someone to listen to or support – in consultation alone, as a couple or as a family. And this, whether you have a vague or precise idea of what you want to address.
