Exerçant comme psychologue depuis maintenant presque 8 ans, mon parcours a été riche de diverses expériences, notamment en milieu hospitalier, dans la prévention au suicide, dans l’aide à la jeunesse et en milieu scolaire. After graduating in clinical psychology at the ULB, Florianne Siegrist trained in family and systemic therapy at the CEFS (Center for Family and System Studies), then in brief therapy and hypnosis with Thierry Melchior. She has also been trained in RTP (Reassociative Trauma Psychotherapy) with Gerald Brassine. She consults in French, English and receives school children, teenagers, adults, couples and families in her private practice in Dion le Val, near Wavre and Louvain la Neuve. I practice active listening to encourage the emergence of your own goals and lead you to make choices, to find your own solutions. I accompany you in your questioning in the personal as well as the professional sphere.

I accompany adults in discomfort or questioning, in relation to private difficulties (anxiety, hypersensitivity, parental exhaustion, illness, ...) and/or situations of suffering at work (loss of meaning, stress, burn-out, toxic relationships, harassment, ...). Psychologist (N° approval 722202443) and prevention consultant in companies for 20 years, I adapt to your individual situation by proposing tools such as hypnosis, sophrology, life coaching or art therapy. These tools allow you to connect with yourself and your resources, the first step towards a rapid wellness. I also receive you (after an initial interview) for walking coaching sessions (in the forest ).
