Kenza Berkaine, Osteopath D.O., graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles after a training organized within the Faculty of Motor Sciences in partnership with the Faculty of Medicine. This medical, clinical and practical training allows me to understand my patients' ailments in a global way. In order to best adapt to the specific needs of each patient, I use muscular, articular, myofascial and/or visceral techniques. I have also trained in cupping, trigger point therapy, digipressure and Reiki energy treatments in order to add other tools to complement and/or adapt the proposed treatment. Très vite confronté aux douleurs aiguës et aux pertes de mobilités, je me suis orienté vers l’ostéopathie. J’ai terminé mon cursus en 2010 pour lancer mon cabinet de Haut-Ittre. C’est avec l’envie de participer à la réussite du sportif en lui permettant d’approcher ses capacités maximales et en lui apprenant à écouter son corps que je rejoins également l’équipe Health & Sports Care du centre Mounier à Woluwé. My outgoing, caring and passionate personality resonates with the philosophy of osteopathy which I decided to study for the human contact and the help to others through a hollistic approach to understand the origin of problems, to treat them and to avoid possible chronic injuries. I graduated in July 2022 from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) in England and had the opportunity to study the human body and practice for 4 years. My training in England allowed me to learn the 3 bases of osteopathy such as the structural, the functional and the visceral and to put it into practice at the school's clinic where I was able to treat my patients for 2 years with supervision.
