Holder of a master's degree in physiotherapy and rehabilitation from the Free University of Brussels in 2016, I was able to work in different establishments (rest home, polyclinic and medical homes) and with different age groups including adolescents, adults and seniors. I am dedicated, attentive to my patients and very involved in understanding the bio-psycho-social aspect of any pathology in order to ensure optimal treatment. Professionalism, respect, dynamism and good humor are the pillars on which my care is based. I also work with people suffering from musculoskeletal pathologies (sprains, contusions, bursitis, tendinopathy, herniated discs), traumatological (fractures, dislocations), rheumatological (low back pain, neck pain, fibromyalgia), respiratory (respiratory revalidation in adults), neurological (rehabilitation after a transient ischemic attack TIA or cerebrovascular accident CVA), circulatory (lymphedema, venous insufficiency), vestibular (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo BPPV) and disorders of the TMJ temporomandibular joint (bruxism, masseteritis). After one and a half years of practice and home in Brussels, I had the chance to work one year in a multidisciplinary rehabilitation center in Paris. I am now working in the psychiatric department of the Cliniques de l'Europe in addition to my independent activity. I have an approach that focuses on the individual as a whole. I will be very happy to receive you for any type of pathology. Nevertheless, I am specialized in neurology, psycho-somatic physiotherapy and chronic pathologies. I also consult at home.

Titulaire d’un Master en Kinésithérapie de la Haute École de Bruxelles HE2B ISEK, j’ai eu l’opportunité d’effectuer de nombreux stages enrichissants dans divers domaines de la rééducation, tels que la revalidation orthopédique, le service ambulatoire, la rééducation cardio-respiratoire, la gériatrie, ainsi que la neurologie adulte et pédiatrique.

Ces expériences m'ont permis de développer une approche globale et personnalisée pour chaque patient. Passionnée par la prise en charge des douleurs chroniques, des lombalgies, des affections musculo-squelettiques et de la traumatologie, je m'efforce de toujours proposer un traitement adapté et ciblé pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de mes patients. 

Mon objectif est de les accompagner tout au long de leur rééducation, en tenant compte de leurs particularités et de leur quotidien.

Souhaitant constamment élargir mes compétences, mon objectif professionnel est de me former régulièrement dans des techniques avancées, telle que la thérapie manuelle, le dry needling, le crochetage et la fasciathérapie dans le but d'offrir une prise en charge de plus en plus complète et moderne.

Benoit is an Osteopath D.O. graduated from the Belgian College of Osteopathy. He practices general osteopathy and pediatric osteopathy. He practices in his office in Rhode-Saint-Genese and in Tervuren. Do not hesitate to call him directly in case of emergency

Nathalie Mouton is a physiotherapist since 2010. She is specialized in manual lymphatic drainage (using the Leduc method) as well as in muscle chains for adults and children (GDS method). She started her career at the Centre Médical du Val in Woluwé-Saint-Pierre after completing her Master's degree in physiotherapy at ISEK. She welcomes you in her private practice in Uccle for your physiotherapy sessions.
