Bienvenue ! Je suis une kinésithérapeute jeune et dynamique, diplômée d’un master en kinésithérapie de la Haute École Provinciale du Hainaut - Condorcet. Je prends en charge tous types de pathologies en kinésithérapie générale, avec pour objectif de vous accompagner vers une récupération optimale et durable. Je suis à votre écoute pour élaborer un traitement adapté à vos besoins, votre bien-être est ma priorité.

Pour assurer une prise en charge régulière et éviter les délais d’attente, il est conseillé de planifier directement deux séances (ou plus) à l’avance.

Astrid de Bellefroid has been a professional physiotherapist since 2009. She studied at the Catholic University of Louvain and holds a master's degree in physiotherapy. She completed a dissertation on neurology, and the place of the object in neurological rehabilitation of the upper limb. She also worked in a medical center and in a private practice, in Berlin. She is a specialist in prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy, orthopedics and respiratory physiotherapy. You can find her at the Solilau medical center in Rosières, as well as at her private practice in Lasne.

A healthy mind in a healthy body Passionate about the human body, I obtained my diploma in physiotherapy at the Haute École Parnasse-Isei in Brussels. Je prends en charge un large éventail de pathologies dans le cadre de la kinésithérapie générale, avec un intérêt particulier pour la rééducation de la main (traumatismes, post-chirurgie, troubles musculo-squelettiques) et le drainage lymphatique (œdèmes, jambes lourdes, suivi post-opératoire, etc.).

Formé en neurodynamique clinique, j’interviens également dans la prise en charge des atteintes nerveuses, telles que le canal carpien.

Je vous accueille en cabinet ou à domicile, selon vos besoins, pour des soins personnalisés, centrés sur l’écoute, la précision et le respect de votre rythme de récupération.

The therapy aims to relieve pain, strengthen and improve the quality of life of my patients. In order to update and refine my knowledge and skills, I also stay up to date by completing various training courses to best meet the needs of my patients.
