I have a degree in Psychological and Pedagogical Sciences (ULB-1994), and I completed my university career with a Certificate in Psychotherapeutic Clinics (ULB-1995). In order to be able to respond in a personalized and efficient way to requests, I continued to train myself in the tools of brief therapy both for individual sessions (LPNL, hypnosis, EFT, logosynthesis, ..) and for couple sessions (positive psycho-sexology).

Inspiré par ma propre multi-culturalité, je suis thérapeute familial et éducateur de formation. J'ai très vite été sensibilisé au travail auprès des familles. Avec plus de 10 ans d’expérience dans ce domaine et 7 ans au sein d’une unité de psychiatrie infanto-juvenile à Bruxelles. Parallèlement, j'ai choisi d’entreprendre une spécialisation en psychothérapie systémique au CEFS (centre d’étude des familles et des systèmes). Grâce à ses multiples casquettes, je vous propose un accompagnement tant en individuel, qu’en couple (conjugal ou parental) mais aussi en famille. L’approche que je vous propose est globale et vous invite à prendre une position méta pour ainsi observer les interactions entre les membres d’un même système (familial, professionnel, social, etc.). Elle se distingue des autres approches par sa façon de comprendre les relations humaines au sein de votre système. En effet, l'individu n’est pas le seul élément analysé dans la démarche. On part du principe que l’histoire de la famille ou du système agit sur l’individu et que ce dernier transporte avec lui des valeurs, des émotions et des comportements véhiculés par la famille/le système et ceci depuis plusieurs générations.

Ma tâche première est d’évaluer et mobiliser, avec votre aide, vos ressources, vos compétences et vos capacités de résilience face à ce que vous traversez. Tel est la croyance qui m’anime. Fort de mon expérience et de mes formations, je vous offre un espace, bienveillant et sécurisé, à une approche qui ouvre à un choix important de stratégies thérapeutiques et d’outils pratiques destinés à favoriser votre créativité.

Je suis formée en psychologie clinique pour des accompagnements en groupe ou individuel et diplômée de l’institut MARIE-HAPS. Mon cursus s’est poursuivi à Louvain-La-Neuve afin d’obtenir un Master en sciences de la Famille et de la Sexualité. Travailler avec efficacité nécessite de se perfectionner en permanence en participant à de nombreux séminaires et en se plongeant dans des lectures. Ma mission en thérapie est de garantir un accompagnement et un soutien aux patients et aux familles, un suivi consciencieux et sérieux sans jugement, mais aussi de sensibiliser le patient à la réflexion pour qu’il puisse prendre conscience de ses actes et de son mode de vie afin d’arriver aux objectifs souhaités.
