Psychologue clinicienne agréée (ULB) et psychothérapeute en formation à l'Institut d'Études de la Famille et des Systèmes Humains. Ma pratique est intégrative, ce qui signifie que je m'inspire de différents courants en plus de ma formation initiale. Le travail thérapeutique s'inscrit dans une collaboration avec le patient, à son rythme, selon ses besoins, dans un cadre chaleureux, confidentiel et sécurisant. Nous déterminons ensemble la demande, et je vous accompagne tout au long du travail thérapeutique. Je reçois en individuel des adultes et des adolescents, en couple et en famille, dans mon cabinet privé.

Je vous propose une rencontre dans un cadre serein et respectueux, autour d’une approche issue du courant humaniste. Cette approche, également appelée “centrée sur la personne”, accorde une importance primordiale à l'empathie et au potentiel humain. Elle me permet de vous accompagner dans la compréhension de vous-même, dans le dépassement de vos difficultés et dans l’émergence de vos ressources personnelles.

Mon objectif est de vous accueillir dans ce nouvel espace où vous pouvez déposer ce qui vous pèse, dans un climat de bienveillance, et de bénéficier d’un suivi adapté à votre rythme et à vos besoins. 

Diplômé d’un Master en Psychologie clinique et Psychopathologie, ainsi que d’un Master en Neuropsychologie et développement cognitif, j’accorde également une attention particulière aux dimensions cognitives, attentionnelles et neurologiques qui peuvent influencer votre quotidien.

I have a master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychopathology from the ULB with a specialization in parenting support from the UCL. Using an integrative approach that reconciles psychoanalysis, behavioral and humanistic therapies, I propose that we work together in the understanding and resolution of problematic situations. Understanding the conceptual and cultural framework of others is the basis of the work I propose to undertake. Having worked in Latin America and practicing with expatriates, I attach particular importance to language, which can bring valuable subtleties to the therapeutic work. I receive in French as well as in Portuguese. The modalities and rhythm of the sessions will be determined during the first meetings where we will be able to identify the nature of the problem. I receive clients at the Mimosa Center in Brussels on Mondays and Saturdays for individual, family or couple counselling. My consultations are aimed at teenagers, adults and elderly people to whom I offer home follow-ups if necessary. Why see a psychologist? Throughout our lives, we are confronted with numerous difficulties that can arise at a personal, relational and/or professional level. It can happen that we feel overwhelmed and powerless in the face of these difficulties, and in such cases it can be beneficial to consult a psychologist. Consulting a psychologist can also be a way of working on yourself and getting to know yourself better. Being accompanied by a professional gives you an outside perspective and helps to identify and work on recurrent patterns in your life. I offer individual consultations in French, Dutch or English. An initial contact will enable us to get to know each other and to define your needs and objectives together. Then, a therapeutic follow-up can be set up to pursue these objectives.
