I have been a physical therapist since 1982, an osteopath in 1994 and a hypnotherapist since 2019. I am also a former trainer in specialization in the following institutions: SERK, CREA, ISCAM, SOFCOK, PARNASSE, BELSO, VALIDA. Punctual, I practice in Berchem-Sainte-Agathe at my private practice, the Centre Didier Abattucci D.O. (Zenithstraat 63). As a hypnotherapist specialized in hypnosis, in specialized kinesiology (with many specializations) and in osteopathy, I practice in a healthy and recovery-friendly environment. Avec plus de 10 ans d’expérience en massothérapie, j’ai choisi de me former en ostéopathie à l'université libre de Bruxelles pour enrichir ma pratique et vous proposer une prise en charge encore plus complète. Cette formation m’a permis d’acquérir des outils scientifiques solides, tout en conservant l’approche intuitive et personnalisée qui a toujours guidé mon travail.

Une raison qui m’a poussé à suivre des études universitaires est mon intérêt particulier aux cas complexes et aux douleurs chroniques, qui demandent une analyse approfondie et une approche sur mesure. Pour moi, chaque séance est une collaboration : je vous propose mon expertise et expérience et c’est ensemble que nous mettrons en place un traitement et des solutions les plus adaptées à votre quotidien et à vos objectifs. Mon rôle est de vous accompagner dans la compréhension et le soulagement de vos douleurs, en prenant le temps d’écouter votre histoire, vos habitudes de vie et vos besoins ainsi qu’à travers un bilan clinique rigoureux.

Dans certain cas il est important de développer une prise en charge interdisciplinaire. Si nécessaire, et avec votre accord, je communiquerai avec votre médecin, kinésithérapeute ou autre professionnel de santé.

Comment se déroule une séance ?

1) Un temps d’échange, d'anamnèse, pour explorer ensemble votre douleur, votre quotidien et vos antécédents.

2) Des tests cliniques pour identifier les zones de tension, d’inflammation ou de lésions.

3) Une thérapie adaptée, suivie de conseils et d’exercices pour prolonger les bénéfices à la maison.

Brian Charbel graduated from the International Academy of Osteopathy as a D.O. Osteopath with high distinction in 2019. He began his career studying physical therapy at I.S.E.K. where he graduated in 2010 with high distinction. After specializing in traumatology and sports physiotherapy, he wanted to develop a more holistic approach to the body and first trained in manual therapy and Busquet Physiological Chains. He then went on to study osteopathy.

Graduated with a bachelor's degree and a master's degree specializing in osteopathy at the ULB, I will see you for diagnosis and treatment manual for your pain. My training includes both a solid scientific theoretical base, as well as varied techniques, ranging from joint manipulations to so-called “gentle” techniques. I take the time to listen to you in order to understand the complexity of your clinical history and I respect your requests (phobia of manipulation, modesty, etc.).

Curious to understand the functioning of the human body and passionate about manual medicine, I completed a 6-year course at the Université Libre de Bruxelles before obtaining my osteopathic diploma. Today, I consult in several multidisciplinary practices in Brussels where I ensure a precise, gentle and patient-friendly treatment. As an osteopath, and in a general way, I am interested in musculo-articular pains as well as in their relief by the hand and by the movement. I am particularly interested in the treatment of pregnant women, the jaw joint and its relationship with the cervical spine, and acute situations such as torticollis or lumbago.

Kenza Berkaine, Osteopath D.O., graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles after a training organized within the Faculty of Motor Sciences in partnership with the Faculty of Medicine. This medical, clinical and practical training allows me to understand my patients' ailments in a global way. In order to best adapt to the specific needs of each patient, I use muscular, articular, myofascial and/or visceral techniques. I have also trained in cupping, trigger point therapy, digipressure and Reiki energy treatments in order to add other tools to complement and/or adapt the proposed treatment. I am a member of the Professional Union of Osteopaths of Belgium, which guarantees a continuous training. I have always had a great interest in sports and horses. I am currently training in equine osteopathy. It is with great enthusiasm that I put into practice all that I have learned during these years of study and it is with pleasure that I will welcome you.

Graduated in osteopathy at the Belso school (Belgian School of Osteopathy), my office is located in the city center in the Quays district. The osteopathic treatment is holistic and is based on three approaches: cranial, visceral and musculoskeletal respecting the synergy of the body. Passionné par le corps humain et par son fonctionnement depuis tout petit, j’ai décidé d’entreprendre des études de kinésithérapie à l’ISEK, Haute Ecole de kinésithérapie. Désireux d’aller toujours plus loin dans la compréhension du corps humain, j’ai décidé d’entamer des études d’Ostéopathie au Collège Belge d’Ostéopathie (CBO) en 2015 afin d’avoir une approche plus globale du patient tout en le conseillant. L’Ostéopathie peut se définir comme une médecine manuelle s’adressant aux troubles fonctionnels du corps humain. Elle repose sur l’utilisation du contact manuel pour le diagnostic et le traitement. Elle place l’accent sur l’intégrité structurelle et fonctionnelle du corps ainsi que sa capacité à s’auto-guérir. Que la consultation soit curative ou préventive, je mettrai un point d’honneur à redonner à votre corps les moyens de s’auto-guérir.
