I am a qualified osteopath, graduated from Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB) in 2015.

I have completed several specialized trainings in the care of pregnant women and infants, allowing me to offer safe, gentle, and adapted treatments during pregnancy and in the early stages of life.

Osteopathy is for everyone, from infants to the elderly person, including pregnant women. It mainly deals with complaints of the musculoskeletal system and peripheral nervous (neck, back, peripheral joints, jaw) but it is also known to be effective in case of headache, dizziness etc ...

Regarding babies and infants , techniques used to relieve colic, reflux, discomfort, the torticollis, plagiocephaly and sometimes unexplained crying.

Impliquée dans le sport depuis un très jeune âge, j'ai toujours été passionnée par le corps humain et ses réactions face aux blessures et dérèglements dont il peut être affecté. Très vite, j'ai été attirée par la kinésithérapie pour le contact humain et cet attrait du corps. J'ai ensuite voulu m'orienter vers l'ostéopathie pour son approche plus holistique, la prise en considération du patient dans sa globalité, en être entièrement à l'écoute pour l'aider au mieux.

Margaux Belhocine is an osteopath at the Permanence Ostéopathique Bruxelles XCI (Chaussée de Waterloo628) in Ixelles. She welcomes you from Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm and on Saturday from 8am to 1pm by appointment. Holder of a diploma in cupping medicine and a diploma in Kinesiotaping, she takes care of infants, children and adults, but also pregnant women and athletes. She also accepts emergencies.

Graduated in osteopathy at the Université Libre de Bruxelles in 2019 with great distinction, Manon Fouchier welcomes you with pleasure in her office in the afternoons from Monday to Saturday (schedules may change). She is specialized in spinal pain (cervical, dorsal, lumbar), acute pain and digestive pain. Do not hesitate to call in case of emergency.

I will welcome you to the office, armed with a specialized master's degree in osteopathy delivered by the Free University of Brussels (6 years). This quality teaching, provided in close collaboration with the Faculty of Medicine and including joint courses with future physiotherapists and physical educators, allows me to ensure diagnosis and management of your pain and dysfunctions in complete safety. The techniques acquired during my university studies and during my various training courses allow me to adapt to each of you and thus find the osteopathic practices that suit you best (gentle, structural, myofascial, visceral, etc.). Taking care of you as a whole, I am interested in your reason for consultation with emphasis on the structural and functional integrity of your body. I also make a point of answering all your questions so that you leave with plenty of advice. Wim De Paepe is an osteopath since 2016. Graduate of IAO, he is also a lecturer in this same school. His training and his various specializations allow him to take care of the pathologies of the adult (sportsman, sedentary ...) as well as that of the newborn or the pregnant woman.

I have 5 years of experience as an osteopath in my own home (after a 5-year training at the IAO, completed in 2016) and 11 years as a physiotherapist in a medical home with a very diversified care and a sharp knowledge of orthopedic disorders, sharpened by a 5-year experience as an assistant and lecturer at the International Academy of Osteopathy (Gent). His approach is based on 3 pillars: Listening: I take the time to make a good history and clinical examination with each patient to make a diagnosis. Techniques : I provide several types of osteopathic techniques : mobilizations, myotensive techniques, manipulations, cranial or visceral techniques, inhibition, hooking... Time: The session lasts 60 minutes in order to ensure a qualitative care to each patient. I deeply love my job and am comfortable with all types of people.

I have always been attracted to the medical world and, more particularly, to everything related to movement. This is why I naturally turned to physical therapy. I then turned to osteopathy, whose philosophy goes beyond the simple therapeutic approach to become a true passion in all its aspects. I graduated from the Belgian College of Osteopathy and am a member of the Professional Union of Belgian Osteopaths (UPOB). I also obtained a certificate of study from the European School of Osteopathy, after various training courses in England. I then trained and continue to train in all its specificities: pediatrics, perinatality, sports approach, ... Osteopathy can take care of a patient from birth to the end of his life. It allows restoring the function and mobility of organs and joints. Thus, every human being can benefit from an osteopathic treatment, whether he or she is a sportsman or a sedentary person, young or old.
