Kinésithérapeute depuis octobre 2023, j’exerce en cabinet en kinésithérapie générale.

Je me suis spécialisée en rééducation oro-maxillo-faciale et vestibulo-oculaire en février 2026, une pratique qui me passionne et que je développe continuellement à travers la formation et l’expérience clinique.

Je m’attache à proposer une prise en charge individualisée, centrée sur le patient, avec une vision globale du corps et un accompagnement attentif à chaque étape de la rééducation.

Convinced of the benefits of movement, I support my patients with a human and personalized approach, tailored to their specific goals and needs. Specialized in musculoskeletal manual therapy and trained by the Clinique du Coureur, I prioritize active rehabilitation, where each person becomes an active participant in their own recovery.

Young, dynamic and motivated, I listen and care about the well-being of my patients. My care is versatile with the aim of finding the treatment adapted to each of them. The therapy aims to relieve pain, strengthen and improve the quality of life of my patients. In order to update and refine my knowledge and skills, I also stay up to date by completing various training courses to best meet the needs of my patients.

With 9 years of practice in a medical center, I have enriched my practice with exchanges with my colleagues doctors, nurses, psychologists,... Through my various trainings, I have specialized in the treatment of joint, muscle and nerve pain (sciatica, cervicobrachialgia,...), pregnancy support and respiratory kinesiology for babies. I followed the 2 year certificate in manual therapy at UCL and other trainings (Trigger Points, Maitland, Stecco Fasciatherapy, Mulligan, neurodynamics,...) which give me many strings to my bow to help you with your back pain, neck, shoulder, knee, headaches, osteoarthritis,... Physiotherapy, for me, is a collaborative work with the patient. I like to share my knowledge of the body and its pathologies to help you better understand and manage your pain. Passionate about pregnancy, I accompany mothers and couples to prepare for childbirth. My goal is to give them the necessary resources and advice concerning breathing, labor positions, effective pushing,... I also do physical therapy after childbirth to strengthen the abdominal muscles and the perineum. I can come to your home (contact me on my phone). I am a graduate of the ISEK and specialized (IFOMT recognition) in manual therapy. I have also followed several complementary trainings. Mon approche est centrée sur vous. Chaque patient étant unique, j’adapte mes méthodes en fonction de vos besoins spécifiques. Grâce à une écoute attentive et à des techniques éprouvées, nous travaillerons ensemble pour définir les objectifs de votre traitement et les étapes nécessaires pour les atteindre.

Diplômé à l’ULB en 2019 et ayant un atrait pour le sport, j’ai directement suivi un master complémentaire en pathologie sportive que j’ai terminé en 2020. Par la suite j’ai également suivi une formation en kinésithérapie de la main. J’ai travaillé dans beaucoup de différents domaines pour aujourd’hui me consacrer pleinement à la kinésithérapie orthopédique, traumatologique et sportive. J’ai fait divers autres formations notamment sur la gestion de la douleur, le renforcement musculaire, l’arthrose, etc. Je prévois de continuer à me former régulièrement.

Diplômée d'un master en kinésithérapie à l'Université Catholique de Louvain en 2022, je suis passionnée par le fonctionnement du corps humain et animée par l’envie d’accompagner mes patients dans leur rétablissement et leur bien-être.

Mon parcours sportif m’a permis de développer une approche dynamique et personnalisée de la kinésithérapie, que j’applique dans différents domaines tels que l’orthopédie, la traumatologie, la gériatrie, et bien d’autres.

Mon objectif est de guider mes patients tout au long de leur remise en forme en leur fournissant les informations nécessaires pour optimiser leur récupération, tout en les aidant à retrouver leur pleine mobilité.
