I practice general physiotherapy, respiratory physiotherapy (child and adult), sports, pre-post operative, trauma, lymphatic drainage... I welcome you to my office in the Wavre-Limal medical space located at 22 Venelle du bois de la pierre 1300 Wavre and I also come to your home. I can express myself in French or English. Après plus de 10 ans de pratique en milieu hospitalier en tant qu’anesthésiste, mon parcours m’a amené à développer une approche globale de la santé, intégrant des compétences complémentaires en :

– Tabacologie, pour l’accompagnement au sevrage tabagique ;

– Acupuncture, pour la prise en charge de la douleur et d’autres troubles fonctionnels ;

– Hypnothérapie, comme outil thérapeutique principal ou complémentaire.

Cette diversité de formations me permet de proposer une prise en charge structurée et adaptée aux besoins de chaque patient.

-Laserthérapie, pour un sevrage des différentes addictions mais également d'autres pathologies comme des douleurs aiguë ou chroniques, insomnie, stress,etc

Je m'appelle Jordi, espagnol d'origine, mais depuis quelques années installé sur Bruxelles!

Depuis toujours lié au corps, en premier temps en tant que Préparateur Physique dans différents domaines, puis du côté des soins de santé avec une vision du "corps en mouvement" (on est fait pour bouger).

L'importance d'une bonne anamnèse, d'une bonne réflexion autour de la personne, des problèmes qui se présentent, et bien comprendre le tout pour une meilleure prise en charge fait partie des priorités dans la prise en charge, pas seulement soulager, sinon essayer de trouver le problème de base (d'origine) et d'essayer de l'enlever et/ou le corriger.

Dr. Salim Kaiss graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles and obtained a certificate in Medicine in 1982. You can consult him for allergies, vaccinations, blood tests or a general consultation. He welcomes you at the Cityclinic Louise.

In 2000 I graduated as a licentiate in Motor Rehabilitation and Physiotherapy at Ghent University and subsequently followed 1 year of sports physiotherapy at KULeuven and manual therapy at VWMT (Flemish Working Group on Manual Therapy). After my studies, I gained work experience in private practices, sports clubs and MPIs and worked with various therapists. Ultimately, I started my own practice in Velzeke in 2010.

I graduated in 2012 and continue to educate myself on a regular basis in order to stay current and provide my patients with the best possible care. I am oriented as much as possible towards evidence-based practice (practice that combines the best scientific evidence and takes into account the patient's preferences). I provide general physical therapy (orthopedics, rheumatology, neurology, cardiology, respiratory physical therapy, post-natal physical therapy, chronic pain) and help with the initiation or resumption of sports activities. Information and understanding of one's health is an important part of my practice.
