Dr. Margaux Cadenat is a general practitioner. She graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) and works at two medical practices: Centre Kinesis in Forest with Dr. Mélissa Zarate, and Centre Médical Rond Point in Uccle.

My outgoing, caring and passionate personality resonates with the philosophy of osteopathy which I decided to study for the human contact and the help to others through a hollistic approach to understand the origin of problems, to treat them and to avoid possible chronic injuries. Osteopathy, an alternative and traditional medicine, is a primary health care discipline and is therefore partially refunded by the mutual insurance company. I graduated in July 2022 from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) in England and had the opportunity to study the human body and practice for 4 years. My training in England allowed me to learn the 3 bases of osteopathy such as the structural, the functional and the visceral and to put it into practice at the school's clinic where I was able to treat my patients for 2 years with supervision. These 1300 hours of clinical practice allowed me to acquire a wide range of techniques such as: articular, cranial, cranio-sacral, facial, myotensive, visceral, etc.. During my last year of master, I had the chance to specialise in pediatrics, perinatal and sports medicine. I had the exceptional opportunity to treat babies as young as a few weeks old, children and teenagers, pregnant women and post-partum, athletes and elderly people. As a physiotherapist, I bring my expertise in the prevention or in the therapeutic follow-up of pathologies that can affect the different systems of the body (musculo-tendinous, cardiovascular, pulmonary, nervous,...) by revalidation and (re)education. Specialized in sports, traumatology and orthopedics, he consults at the Stay Strong Sprl Center in Uccle (chaussée de Waterloo 868), a clean and relaxing practice. He also receives you at his office for nutritional advice related to sports, coaching and physical preparation, for the management of sports injuries, for rehabilitation. He helps his patients solve joint problems, to prepare physically before practicing a sport activity. He can also help you overcome hand, neck, back or wrist pain. He is punctual and conducts his consultations in French or English depending on your language.

Anne Dardenne is a physiotherapist with 34 years of experience. For 15 years, she has specialized in everything related to the pelvic sphere and has followed many training courses in this field: Preparation for childbirth, postpartum, hypopressive gymnastics, urogynecology and anorectal rehabilitation, manual therapy specific and clinical sexology. She is also trained in VODDER Manual Lymphatic Drainage and post breast cancer treatments. In her office or at Espace 84, the health, physical and mental well-being of patients are her main concerns.

Titulaire d'un Master en kinésithérapie, avec une spécialisation dans le quadrant supérieur, je suis passionné par la prise en charge des patients souffrant de pathologies orthopédiques, allant de la cervicalgie à la lombalgie, en passant par les tendinites du coude.
