I am specialised in orthopaedic manual therapy, elbow, hand and wrist pathologies, TMJ (jaw) pathologies and headaches as well as in the treatment of runners and musicians. I continue to follow regular professional development seminars in order to improve the efficiency of your treatment. As a sportswoman and musician since I was very young, I quickly understood the importance of a good physical condition. I am passionate about the functions and capacities of the human body, and it is with both enthusiasm and benevolence that I accompany you on your treatment journey. Soon after graduating as a physiotherapist at the UCL, I started studying osteopathy at the ULB, for which I obtained the degree of great distinction. One of the big advantages of this university training in osteopathy are the courses taught by the faculty of medicine, which allow us to guarantee to the patients a care in the greatest safety. These two diplomas have allowed me to acquire a certain expertise and to adopt a very complete approach in my treatments. I take care of all age groups from the new born to the elder. The pathologies commonly treated by osteopathy are cervical pain, back pain, lumbago, torticollis, headaches/migraines, sciatica/sciatica, intercostal neuralgia, jaw disorders (TMJ), pain related to the digestive system, muscular or joint pain, etc.

J'accompagne notamment les patients souffrant de lombalgie, sciatique, douleur thoraciques ou costales, torticolis, céphalées, troubles de la mâchoire (ATM), blessures sportives, ainsi que de troubles digestifs.

Je suis également spécialisé en ostéopathie périnatale et pédiatrique. Accompagnant pour des problématiques telles que les tensions post-accouchements, les troubles digestifs du nourrisson, les difficultés de succion, les asymétries posturales et crâniennes type plagiocéphalie. 

Ma pratique s'adapte aux besoins et aux objectifs de chaque patient, qu'il s'agisse de soulager des douleurs musculaires ou articulaires, favoriser la récupération après une blessure ou améliorer le confort et le bien-être au quotidien.

After graduating from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, I now work at Bsports Health, a health center that distinguishes itself by its holistic approach to patient care. During my university studies, I had the chance to work in the same center as a coach. Thus, I was able to develop many skills in the field of fitness. In order to optimize my care, I am currently training in manual therapy and crocheting. In addition, I keep up to date with the scientific literature in order to provide my patients with adequate treatment. My goal is to do everything in my power to help my patients regain their function and relieve their pain.

Theo Durt graduated with a Master's degree in Physical Therapy in 2016. He studied at the HELB University. His specialties include sports physical therapy and sports revalidation. With more than 4 years of experience under his belt, he is able to offer quality care to his patients. Indeed, Mr. Théo Durt is a health professional who is passionate about his work. Attentive, smiling, and determined, Théo Durt knows how to put his patients at ease thanks to his developed listening skills and his desire to satisfy his clients 100%. During his career, he has researched the Foam Roller massage and participated in various conferences in the field of physical therapy. He also worked as a physical therapist at the Antoine Depage Clinic. Théo Durt welcomes you in his own practice at Avenue des Armures, 81 in the city of Brussels.
