Depuis deux ans, j’assure le suivi de l’équipe première féminine de rugby à XV du Boitsfort Rugby Club. Cette expérience m’a permis de développer une approche centrée sur la prévention des blessures et sur la performance athlétique.

Always driven by a search for truth, a need for coherence and a deep aspiration to live according to these two axes. I was first interested in Art and the Human Sciences as gateways to understanding the world. Strongly affected by the state of the world in general, my first reaction was to be indignant and to stand up strongly to defend certain values ​​that I consider essential. This has always guided me towards teachers who are part of traditional lineages such as Jan Janssen, Daniel Laurent, Alain Peyrache and Isabelle Padovani. The guideline that will emerge through all my practices will always be to help humans find the right movement. Having never lost my initial intentions and convictions, today I put all my heart into pursuing them with the greatest fluidity possible.
