Graduated in 2016 in France, I worked for 6 years in the Nantes region. I then moved to Brussels in 2022 where I signed a contract. I practice active care adapted in particular to musculoskeletal problems (back pain, shoulder pain, knee pain, etc.) and pathologies linked to sport and activity. My goal is to empower patients as much as possible by adapting to them and their pathology by supporting them during their rehabilitation. My outgoing, caring and passionate personality resonates with the philosophy of osteopathy which I decided to study for the human contact and the help to others through a hollistic approach to understand the origin of problems, to treat them and to avoid possible chronic injuries. Osteopathy, an alternative and traditional medicine, is a primary health care discipline and is therefore partially refunded by the mutual insurance company. I graduated in July 2022 from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) in England and had the opportunity to study the human body and practice for 4 years. My training in England allowed me to learn the 3 bases of osteopathy such as the structural, the functional and the visceral and to put it into practice at the school's clinic where I was able to treat my patients for 2 years with supervision. These 1300 hours of clinical practice allowed me to acquire a wide range of techniques such as: articular, cranial, cranio-sacral, facial, myotensive, visceral, etc.. During my last year of master, I had the chance to specialise in pediatrics, perinatal and sports medicine. I had the exceptional opportunity to treat babies as young as a few weeks old, children and teenagers, pregnant women and post-partum, athletes and elderly people. Diplômée de l'Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), j'ai commencé ma carrière par une expérience intra-hospitalière dans les services de médecine interne et d'urgences (CHIREC), avant de me spécialiser en médecine générale.

Je porte un intérêt particulier à la nutrition, à la micronutrition, au microbiote, à la dermatologie et à la médecine fonctionnelle.

Les avancées de la recherche scientifique nous conduisent vers une approche de plus en plus personnalisée, qui considère l'individu dans sa globalité et permet d'élaborer des plans de médecine préventive adaptés à chacun. Nos modes de vie actuels, souvent marqués par la sédentarité et une alimentation déséquilibrée, affectent notre capacité à maintenir notre capital santé.
