Lors de la première consultation, une anamnèse approfondie et un bilan fonctionnel complet permettent de définir ensemble des objectifs concrets. Chaque séance est ensuite construite sur mesure, selon ces objectifs, dans une atmosphère bienveillante et motivante.

Je me forme continuellement pour offrir des soins actualisés et efficaces. Je prévois de me spécialiser en thérapie manuelle et en kinésithérapie sportive. J’ai déjà suivi des formations spécifiques telles que la Fibrolyse myo-aponévrotique par technique de crochetage et le Blood Flow Restriction Training.

My work as a sports physiotherapist covers all the pathologies associated with sporting activities, with the aim of preventing and treating injuries to joints and muscles, as well as postoperative injuries. I have a wealth of experience working in sports clubs (football, boxing, triathlon, surfing, etc.) and I help my patients to get back into shape and improve their well-being, whether they are top-level sportsmen and women or amateurs.
