J’accorde une attention particulière à la singularité de chaque parcours et à l’environnement dans lequel chacun évolue. Mon approche vise à offrir un lieu de parole et de compréhension, où il est possible d’exprimer ses difficultés, de mettre des mots sur ses émotions et de mobiliser ses ressources pour avancer.

Avec les enfants, les séances s’appuient sur la parole mais aussi sur différents supports tels que le jeu, le dessin ou le modelage. Ces médias favorisent une expression adaptée à leur âge, permettant une meilleure compréhension de leur vécu et un travail respectueux de leur rythme.

Psychologue clinicienne d'orientation systémique, je propose des consultations individuelles, de couple et/ou de familles pour réaliser un travail thérapeutique afin de vous aider à traverser les problématiques qui vous ont emmené à consulter. Grâce à mes expériences professionnelles, j’ai eu l’occasion de rencontrer des patients de tout intervalle d’âge (adolescent, adulte, personne âgée) présentant divers troubles. Tout au long de ma carrière, j’ai accompagné de nombreux patients pour diverses pathologies psychiatriques ou physiques impactant le bien-être de la personne de manière indéniable. J’ai donc une capacité d’adaptation à tout type de demande.

Mon approche vise à vous considérer dans votre singularité et dans votre globalité. En tenant compte de mon orientation clinique, il s’agira ainsi de situer les problèmes dans un contexte plus large, de prendre en compte les facteurs qui les maintiennent ainsi que la fonction qu’ils peuvent avoir.

I hold a bachelor's degree in psychology from Lewis & Clark College (Portland, OR, USA) and a master's degree in clinical psychology and psychopathology from the Université libre de Bruxelles (Brussels, Belgium). I am in the process of obtaining an additional master's degree in neuropsychology and am training in family and systemic psychotherapy. I offer individual, couple or family follow-up on Monday mornings in Mérode and Thursday afternoons/evenings in Messidor. I also offer consultations at home or by videoconference in certain cases individuals (perinatal care, reduced mobility, hospitalization, etc.) Consultations in French and English, by appointment. I adopt an integrative approach to psychotherapy drawing on different trends including psychoanalysis, systemics and person-centered humanist therapies. The proposed follow-up is co-constructed between the patients and myself in the most human, caring way and adapted to the specific needs of people. Clinical psychologist graduated from UCLouvain, I specialize in the Person-Centered and Experiential approach founded by Carl Rogers (University certificate in PCPE at UCLouvain). My experiences in Belgium and abroad have been through contact with individuals with varied profiles, suffering from social isolation, with mood disorders or even with or without disabilities. I will support you in working through your difficulties and your personal journey. In work, among other things, anxiety, mourning, burnout, depressive feelings, isolation, search for meaning. My work is rooted in a humanist approach to therapeutic work which is expressed in the care I pay to empathy, unconditional positive consideration of the person and authenticity.
