Psychologue clinicienne depuis 2013 et thérapeute du développement depuis 2018, je me suis récemment formée à l'hypnose conversationnelle stratégique pour apporter le plus d'outils possibles aux personnes que j'accompagne dans leur recherche d'un mieux-être. Actuellement, je travaille dans mon cabinet privé. Je réalise, entre autres, des bilans psychoaffectifs, des suivis psychologiques d’enfants et d’adolescents présentants des difficultés d’anxiété, de gestion émotionnelle, de difficultés de vie diverses. Depuis 2018, j’accompagne également les adultes dans le cadre de dépression, de burn-out, de deuil ou dans leurs difficultés de vie actuelles. Cependant, ma pratique clinique principale, depuis ces dernières années, est centrée autour des suivis de jeunes enfants âgés de 1 an et leurs parents pour des questions éducatives et des difficultés liées à la parentalité. Ainsi que des thérapies du développement pour des enfants (âgés à partir de 2 ans) en cas de trouble neurodéveloppemental (TSA, TDA/H, Troubles DYS,…), un retard du développement, ou des difficultés de gestion émotionnelle et d’accordage dans la relation. Et ce, en collaboration étroite avec leurs parents, en proposant pour certaines situations cliniques, des séances en présence du/des parents. En effet, il me semble essentiel de travailler en partenariat avec la famille dans l’accompagnement des enfants ayant un trouble ou un retard neurodéveloppement afin de réfléchir ensemble autour des besoins spécifiques de l’enfant et de co-construire des pistes d’aide au sein des séances, mais également à transposer au sein du milieu familial et/ou de collectivité.

I also specialize in stress and anxiety management, and attachment disorders. My approach is humanistic and result-oriented. It allows for rapid relief of your mental or emotional problems. On average, the number of sessions needed to reach the goal we set together is 5. A session lasts on average 1 hour. I receive you in my office every Tuesday and Thursday from 9am to 9pm.

Among my professional experiences, I have worked in the youth care sector with children, teenagers and families, in the disabled care sector with supervisory staff, in socio-professional integration with job seekers from different sectors of activity. I had the opportunity to write a career guidance program for women who wanted to work in so-called male professions. In parallel, I facilitated a private consultation and conducted interventions in asbl. In 2019, at 54 years old, I decided to create this project to accompany people and organized systems (entrepreneurs, services, small and medium-sized enterprises). This project is a synthesis of a rich and non-linear professional path. In terms of my values, I am guided by: - non-violence, inner disarmament, in fact I should speak of benevolence, but currently this word has too many different connotations and it leads to confusion in the social and economic world - dialogue and altruism : I combine these two values to give a direction to the dialogue and give it an operational aspect, a relational meaning: altruism - lifelong education - global responsibility for our words and actions. From this point of view, I move away from personal development focused only on the person. I am committed to a search for balance between private and professional life coupled with values such as patience, fair effort, tolerance, joy and taking global responsibility on an individual level. environmental responsibility: I would like to leave my children a place where they will be happy and where they can live in peace and flourish. These values intersect with my needs for freedom and fulfillment, creativity, harmony with others, inner peace, search for happiness, authenticity and fulfillment in my professional actions.
