I have a master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychopathology from the ULB with a specialization in parenting support from the UCL. Using an integrative approach that reconciles psychoanalysis, behavioral and humanistic therapies, I propose that we work together in the understanding and resolution of problematic situations. Understanding the conceptual and cultural framework of others is the basis of the work I propose to undertake. Having worked in Latin America and practicing with expatriates, I attach particular importance to language, which can bring valuable subtleties to the therapeutic work. I receive in French as well as in Portuguese. The modalities and rhythm of the sessions will be determined during the first meetings where we will be able to identify the nature of the problem. I receive clients at the Mimosa Center in Brussels on Mondays and Saturdays for individual, family or couple counselling. My consultations are aimed at teenagers, adults and elderly people to whom I offer home follow-ups if necessary. Titulaire d’un master en psychologie clinique, je me spécialise en psychothérapie systémique. J'accompagne enfants, adolescents, adultes et familles en proposant des suivis thérapeutiques centrés sur les dynamiques relationnelles et familiales.

Therapy is only available in French I have been an analytically oriented psychotherapist for several years in Brussels, more precisely in Laeken. I did a 3 year training in a recognized and official organization in Belgium. I am still training today. I have done a long personal analytical work of several years. With my patients, I work in depth on the link between the crisis of the moment (what brings the patient to consult, what we call the symptom) and his history in order to be able to interrupt this cycle of repetition. At the beginning of the therapeutic follow-up, there are first preliminary interviews in order to analyze your request, to get to know you and to consider if a collaboration is possible between you and me. These interviews vary between 2 and 3 sessions, they are a first contact. They are important in the sense that they allow you to know if you feel heard. It will also be an opportunity for you and me to reflect on the therapeutic work that we will do together. I am particularly keen that the patient is an actor and active in his or her work, which I believe is a source of real progress. I listen to your symptoms while trying to understand their meaning in the moment. It goes without saying that the confidentiality of the interviews is of the utmost importance. I welcome all types of patients in psychological suffering.

Psychologue clinicienne agréée par la commission des psychologues, diplômée de l'UCL, j'ai ensuite effectué un troisième cycle en psychothérapie systémique (ULB) afin d'avoir une vision plus large des différents systèmes dans lesquels toute personne peut être amenée à évoluer. Je propose de mettre à votre disposition un espace d'écoute, de bienveillance et de co-construction afin de vous accompagner au mieux quel que soit la problématique que vous pouvez rencontrer. Je vous propose un accompagnement sur des thématiques telles que le stress, la gestion des émotions, le manque de confiance ou d'estime de soi, les difficultés relationnelles, le deuil, etc...
