J'ai été formée à la thérapie de la reconsolidation (Méthode Brunet). Lors de mon parcours clinique, j'ai développé mes compétences en accompagnant une grande variété de personnes souffrant de différents troubles psychologiques. Actuellement, je travaille avec des enfants, des adolescents, des adultes et des seniors. Je propose des consultations en turc et en français, avec une approche basée sur l'écoute active, la bienveillance, le regard positif inconditionnel et la compréhension empathique. La thérapie de la reconsolidation est une méthode courte pour traiter les traumatismes, les phobies, les deuils persistants complexes et les troubles de l'adaptation.     Je suis également formée à l'EMDR (Désensibilisation et Retraitement par les Mouvements Oculaires), qui est une méthode psychothérapeutique visant à aider les personnes à surmonter des traumatismes et des émotions difficiles. Grâce à une stimulation bilatérale (généralement par des mouvements oculaires), cette approche permet de retraiter des souvenirs douloureux afin de les intégrer plus efficacement dans notre mémoire.
