I am a clinical psychologist, trained in victimology and psycho-traumatology and in continuing education in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy at the Université Libre de Bruxelles. In parallel to my consultation, I work in the Mental Health Service of the Province of Brabant Wallon in Tubize with adults and adolescents. As a person and a psychologist, I have always valued listening and empathy. Thus, the welcome and the non-judgmental attitude that I guarantee to my patients, allow me to create a secure relationship with them, characterized by benevolence. My practice is characterized by the use of various tools such as relaxation, anchoring and self-hypnosis techniques. The patient can learn to use these tools to work through his or her emotions and experience them more serenely. The establishment of a trusting and collaborative relationship between the patient and myself is essential in order for us to work together. In this way, the support that I will offer the patient will allow him/her to have a space where he/she can free his/her speech and verbalize his/her emotions, so that we can make sense of what he/she is going through. The change that the patient wants to achieve and the setting of objectives according to his initial request, as well as the realization of new experiences in a secure place, will be at the center of the care that I propose to offer him.

I am a Clinical Psychologist, accredited by the Commission of Psychologists. I graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles in June 2010. I am specialized in perinatal support and parenting support. I also accompany any person wishing to work on themselves or going through a period of difficulty (bereavement, break-up, burn-out, depression, loss of employment, illness, relationship difficulties, ...) For more than ten years, I have worked in the accompaniment of children and parents in various crèches, schools and day-care centers linked to the European institutions of Brussels. These structures in which I had the opportunity to evolve welcomed a very large number of children and therefore parents, which allowed me to develop and enrich my experience in the field. My passions have always been people and their relationships. I communicate easily and I enjoy taking care of the people around me. I have chosen to dedicate my daily life to improving the quality of life of people who need it. I am continuously training myself through conferences, readings, interdisciplinary exchanges and supervisions, and this with the aim of always meeting the different expectations of my patients. Diplômée en psychologie sociale et passionnée par les comportements humains, je propose un accompagnement pour chaque personne qui traverse des difficultés au cours de sa vie. Aider les personnes qui rencontrent des difficultés et leur apporter un accompagnement adapté est un plaisir.

J'aime énormément comprendre le fonctionnement de chacun avec son propre mécanisme. Je suis intimement convaincue que sur base de cette compréhension, cela permet de déceler chaque problème à son origine. Mon objectif est que chaque personne puisse se sentir soutenue et comprise dans un cadre bienveillant et apaisant.

J’oriente mon aide sur base d’une anamnèse, de dessin, de l’écrit (pour les enfants) et de la parole pour optimiser l’expression des difficultés de chacun.

J'accompagne les personnes qui présentent des difficultés relationnelles, de l'anxiété, de la phobie sociale, des problèmes d'estime de soi, de confiance en soi, la dépression, la peur du regard des autres, des problèmes familiaux, etc. (liste non-exhaustive).

Trained in CBT, I specialize in anxiety, mood, OCD, panic, bipolar, and psychotic disorders. Employing a warm, collaborative approach, I aim to equip you with the necessary tools for long-term mental well-being.

Ma pratique de psychologue clinicienne d’orientation analytique s’est enrichie par des spécialisations (tests projectifs, Somatic Experiencing, Neuro Affective Relational Model…). Cela me permet de disposer de plusieurs outils afin d’adapter l’accompagnement aux besoins de chaque personne. Je propose, pour les jeunes adultes et les adultes, un espace d’écoute bienveillant et sécurisant, favorisant l’expression et la compréhension des difficultés, ainsi qu’un travail thérapeutique visant à soutenir le développement personnel et les ressources propres à chacun.

Therapy is only available in French I have been an analytically oriented psychotherapist for several years in Brussels, more precisely in Laeken. I did a 3 year training in a recognized and official organization in Belgium. I am still training today. I have done a long personal analytical work of several years. With my patients, I work in depth on the link between the crisis of the moment (what brings the patient to consult, what we call the symptom) and his history in order to be able to interrupt this cycle of repetition. At the beginning of the therapeutic follow-up, there are first preliminary interviews in order to analyze your request, to get to know you and to consider if a collaboration is possible between you and me. These interviews vary between 2 and 3 sessions, they are a first contact. They are important in the sense that they allow you to know if you feel heard. It will also be an opportunity for you and me to reflect on the therapeutic work that we will do together. I am particularly keen that the patient is an actor and active in his or her work, which I believe is a source of real progress. I listen to your symptoms while trying to understand their meaning in the moment. It goes without saying that the confidentiality of the interviews is of the utmost importance. I welcome all types of patients in psychological suffering.
