Trained in CBT, I specialize in anxiety, mood, OCD, panic, bipolar, and psychotic disorders. Employing a warm, collaborative approach, I aim to equip you with the necessary tools for long-term mental well-being.

I am a clinical psychologist with a master’s degree from Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), and I work with adults facing emotional difficulties, low self-esteem, relationship issues, or repeated patterns that feel hard to change. In my practice, I use schema therapy — a method that helps people understand and change long-standing patterns that often come from unmet emotional needs earlier in life. I completed my basic training in Schema Therapy with the ISST (International Society of Schema Therapy), and I’m passionate about this approach. I also have training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and I integrate tools from both approaches depending on each person’s needs. I aim to support people in breaking self-destructive cycles and building a more authentic, emotionally fulfilling life.

Klinik psikoloji yüksek lisans eğitimimi Brüksel'de Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB)’de tamamladım. Yetişkinlerle çalışıyorum ve terapide ağırlıklı olarak duygusal zorlanmalar, ilişki problemleri, özgüven eksikliği, depresyon, anksiyete bozuklukları ve kişilik örgütlenmesine dair sorunlarla ilgileniyorum. Terapi sürecimde temel olarak Şema Terapi yaklaşımını benimsiyorum. Şema terapi, bireyin çocukluk döneminde gelişen duygusal ihtiyaçlarının yeterince karşılanmaması sonucu oluşan ve bugün ilişkilerini, düşünce biçimini ve yaşam döngülerini etkileyen kalıpları anlamasına ve dönüştürmesine yardımcı olur. Bu yaklaşım üzerine ISST (Uluslararası Şema Terapi Derneği) onaylı temel eğitimimi tamamladım. Ayrıca Bilişsel Davranışçı Terapi (BDT) alanında da eğitim aldım ve bu iki yöntemi kişinin ihtiyaçlarına göre entegre bir şekilde kullanıyorum.

As a clinical psychologist with a degree from the ULB, I offer a caring and reassuring framework to accompany any person experiencing discomfort, questions or symptoms. Although my approach is mainly analytical, I consider the treatment as an active collaboration between the psychologist and the consultant. Thus, I sometimes use concepts and tools from other approaches (systemic and ttc) in order to adapt my practice to the individuality of the person. I receive teenagers and adults individually for 45 minutes, either for a one-time meeting or for a long-term follow-up.

J’accueille les jeunes adultes et adultes, et les accompagne autour de diverses difficultés, telles que les problématiques relationnelles, les difficultés liées à l’anxiété ou

encore les questionnements familiaux,...

Mon approche se veut globale : elle prend en compte le vécu et l’histoire personnelle de chacun·e, tout en intégrant le contexte environnemental et familial dans lequel la personne évolue. J’offre un accompagnement qui s’adapte au rythme de chacun·e, dans un cadre sécurisant et bienveillant.

Le travail thérapeutique vise à permettre à la personne d’accéder progressivement aux clés et aux ressources qu’elle possède déjà, afin d’aller vers un mieux-être. Dans cet espace, je propose une écoute à la fois attentive et active.

Je veille également à offrir un espace chaleureux et accueillant pour toutes et tous, où chacun·e peut déposer sa parole et avancer à son rythme.

Les séances durent en moyenne 50 minutes, au tarif de 60 euros. Le paiement peut se faire via QR code ou en espèces.
