Clinical psychologist graduated from UCLouvain, I specialize in the Person-Centered and Experiential approach founded by Carl Rogers (University certificate in PCPE at UCLouvain). My experiences in Belgium and abroad have been through contact with individuals with varied profiles, suffering from social isolation, with mood disorders or even with or without disabilities. I will support you in working through your difficulties and your personal journey. In work, among other things, anxiety, mourning, burnout, depressive feelings, isolation, search for meaning. My work is rooted in a humanist approach to therapeutic work which is expressed in the care I pay to empathy, unconditional positive consideration of the person and authenticity.

Psychologue diplômée de l’Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), spécialisée en clinique et psychopathologie, j’accompagne les enfant·e·s, les adolescent·e·s et les adultes dans un cadre bienveillant, sécurisant et adapté à chacun·e.

Mon accompagnement s’appuie sur une approche intégrative, combinant les orientations de la psychanalyse, des thérapies cognitivo-comportementales (TCC) et systémique afin d'offrir un suivi adapté aux besoins spécifiques, au rythme et à la singularité de chaque personne.🌸

Pour les enfant·e·s, j’utilise des outils adaptés à leur âge et veille à ce que chaque séance se termine par un moment positif et agréable, afin qu’iels repartent apaisé·e·s et en confiance.

J’offre également aux adolescent·e·s et aux adultes un espace d’écoute, de soutien et de réflexion, où chacun·e peut déposer ce qu’iel traverse et être accompagné·e lors de difficultés, de questionnements ou de périodes de vie plus délicates.
