Clinical psychologist graduated from UCLouvain, I specialize in the Person-Centered and Experiential approach founded by Carl Rogers (University certificate in PCPE at UCLouvain). My experiences in Belgium and abroad have been through contact with individuals with varied profiles, suffering from social isolation, with mood disorders or even with or without disabilities. I will support you in working through your difficulties and your personal journey. In work, among other things, anxiety, mourning, burnout, depressive feelings, isolation, search for meaning. My work is rooted in a humanist approach to therapeutic work which is expressed in the care I pay to empathy, unconditional positive consideration of the person and authenticity.

I am a clinical psychologist with a master’s degree from Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), and I work with adults facing emotional difficulties, low self-esteem, relationship issues, or repeated patterns that feel hard to change. In my practice, I use schema therapy — a method that helps people understand and change long-standing patterns that often come from unmet emotional needs earlier in life. I completed my basic training in Schema Therapy with the ISST (International Society of Schema Therapy), and I’m passionate about this approach. I also have training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and I integrate tools from both approaches depending on each person’s needs. I aim to support people in breaking self-destructive cycles and building a more authentic, emotionally fulfilling life.

Klinik psikoloji yüksek lisans eğitimimi Brüksel'de Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB)’de tamamladım. Yetişkinlerle çalışıyorum ve terapide ağırlıklı olarak duygusal zorlanmalar, ilişki problemleri, özgüven eksikliği, depresyon, anksiyete bozuklukları ve kişilik örgütlenmesine dair sorunlarla ilgileniyorum. Terapi sürecimde temel olarak Şema Terapi yaklaşımını benimsiyorum. Şema terapi, bireyin çocukluk döneminde gelişen duygusal ihtiyaçlarının yeterince karşılanmaması sonucu oluşan ve bugün ilişkilerini, düşünce biçimini ve yaşam döngülerini etkileyen kalıpları anlamasına ve dönüştürmesine yardımcı olur. Bu yaklaşım üzerine ISST (Uluslararası Şema Terapi Derneği) onaylı temel eğitimimi tamamladım. Ayrıca Bilişsel Davranışçı Terapi (BDT) alanında da eğitim aldım ve bu iki yöntemi kişinin ihtiyaçlarına göre entegre bir şekilde kullanıyorum.

Formé à la psychanalyse d'orientation freudo-lacanienne, je vous accueille sur rendez-vous dans mon cabinet privé situé à Saint-Gilles. Zélie Huvelle, psychologist, graduated from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) with a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychopathology in 2019 and from the Université Catholique de Louvain (UCLouvain) with a University Certificate in Applied Clinical Sexology in 2021. She specializes in individual consultations and questioning around the topics of sexual orientations and gender identities (LGBTQIA+).

Diplômé depuis 1998, j'accompagne toute personne confrontée à des difficultés, en situation de mal-être ou de souffrance, quelles qu’en soient les manifestations ( difficultés relationnelles ou professionnelles, anxiété, angoisse, isolement, addiction, phobies, dépression, troubles du sommeil, burn-out …). L’accompagnement se fait par une écoute attentive visant à permettre un apaisement ainsi que la découverte de solutions personnelles. Le suivi peut être ponctuel ou engagé sur du plus long terme en fonction des besoins et des attentes de chacun.
