Je pratique également l'art-thérapie qui est une forme d'expression créative libre (écriture, dessin, couleurs,...) qui aide à sortir du mental, à l'apaiser et accéder à l'inconscient. Il ne faut absolument pas être un artiste pour pratiquer! Les séances donnent droit à un remboursement de votre mutuelle. Je vous accueille et vous accompagne dans un esprit de bienveillance et de non-jugement. Nous clarifions ensemble votre demande et évaluons ensemble les objectifs de travail.

Hello, I am an approved and supervised clinical psychologist, with a master’s degree from the Free University of Brussels. Trained in the impact of the COVID pandemic, in supporting people experiencing burnout and in psychological assessments, I offer follow-up in French or English to adults and teenagers. My therapeutic approach is intended to be inclusive and active both in listening and in discussions, it is part of an integrative approach and adapts to your pace. Together we create your space for speech and security in an empathetic and caring framework. In sessions, if necessary, I use various media to support expression, such as metaphors, photo-expression, role-playing, Dixit or even drawing. In person or by video conference, you choose the place that suits you best to meet. I welcome you Monday and Tuesday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Wednesday from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and every other Saturday until 6 p.m. at my office located in the Ama Sana center, rue Borrens n° 37 in 1050 Ixelles or by video consultation .

My consultations are aimed at teenagers, adults and elderly people to whom I offer home follow-ups if necessary. Je suis agréée par la Commission des Psychologues. J’accompagne les adolescents et les adultes en cabinet et en visioconsultation.

As a clinical psychologist with a degree from the ULB, I offer a caring and reassuring framework to accompany any person experiencing discomfort, questions or symptoms. Although my approach is mainly analytical, I consider the treatment as an active collaboration between the psychologist and the consultant. Thus, I sometimes use concepts and tools from other approaches (systemic and ttc) in order to adapt my practice to the individuality of the person. I receive teenagers and adults individually for 45 minutes, either for a one-time meeting or for a long-term follow-up.
