I graduated from the European School of Osteopathy (Maidstone, UK) with a Master in Osteopathy, after obtaining a bachelor's degree in osteopathy at the ULB (Brussels). During all these years, I have acquired a passion for the human body and his functions. My bicultural background has given me the opportunity to become familiar with a wide range of techniques: structural, myotensive, fascial, muscular, visceral, cranio-sacral... My outgoing, caring and passionate personality resonates with the philosophy of osteopathy which I decided to study for the human contact and the help to others through a hollistic approach to understand the origin of problems, to treat them and to avoid possible chronic injuries. I graduated in July 2022 from the European School of Osteopathy (ESO) in England and had the opportunity to study the human body and practice for 4 years. My training in England allowed me to learn the 3 bases of osteopathy such as the structural, the functional and the visceral and to put it into practice at the school's clinic where I was able to treat my patients for 2 years with supervision. These 1300 hours of clinical practice allowed me to acquire a wide range of techniques such as: articular, cranial, cranio-sacral, facial, myotensive, visceral, etc.. During my last year of master, I had the chance to specialise in pediatrics, perinatal and sports medicine. I had the exceptional opportunity to treat babies as young as a few weeks old, children and teenagers, pregnant women and post-partum, athletes and elderly people. There is no pain whose cause is obvious and immediately attributable to a localized dysfunction. Often the origin of the pain is to be found in areas other than those affected. For example, a common backache may result from excessive fatigue in the foot or a malfunctioning jaw. Similarly, would you ever have imagined that overloading the intestines can induce headaches? The training I received and my experience allow me to say today that my practice is as varied as the clinical situations I have encountered. Indeed, I consider that each technique must be adapted to the patient's situation and needs. I have been able to perfect my practice by completing it with a clinical medical examination and learning what to do in case of remarkable symptoms in order to conduct the sessions in complete safety.

My name is Francisco Toscano Jimenez , I am a Spanish national, raised in Germany and educated in the United Kingdom. Different countries and cultures have been a part of my life since early childhood, upbringing and throughout my studies and professional life. My professional development began in the mid 1990 when I started with the interest in the sciences of health and sport. What began as an hobby become a vocation of life. My initial training in Manuel Therapy and Sport physiotherapy were the first steps in my professional path. After a few years of practice in Germany I saw my interest growing towards a broader and deeper understanding of the human body. Understanding health as more than the absence of symptoms lead me to conclude that Osteopathy was providing with the answers to many of my questions. I come to realize and understand Osteopathy as a true biological science. My journey of Osteopathy started in England where I completed a honours degree in Osteopathic Medicine, BSc Hons. Ost. Med. in 2006. After years in private practice in England and Spain I have recently chosen to move to the country of origin of my wife. From 2008-218 I have provided postgraduate programs, lectures, conferences in Classical Osteopathy and a publication on Fascia. Osteopathy has provided me with wonderful teachings and learning possibilities in countries like Sweden, Italy, Portugal, Spain and beyond the Atlantic. Osteopathy has no borders or boundaries! Understanding and treating the human body as a whole rather than as a sum of parts has been my personal dedication and interest in clinical practice and experience over the last 25 years. Integration of the structural and functional balance of the body is the basis of the process in natural therapeutics. This fundamental principal of natural therapeutics provides Osteopathy the capacity to support the human body in the process from unhealth to health.

Rémy Giovannoni is an osteopath in Ixelles at the Permanence Ostéopathique Bruxelles XCI (Chaussée de Waterloo 628). He welcomes you from Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm and on Saturday from 8am to 1pm. He takes care of infants, children and adults, but also pregnant women and athletes. I only practice osteopathy in my office. Consultations are in French, English, Arabic or Armenian. I treat adults, pregnant women, athletes, the elderly and children (but not babies).  After completing my physiotherapy studies at the Lebanese University, I came to Belgium to study osteopathy at the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB). Passionate about the biomechanics of the body and human anatomy, I work as an assistant in the ULB functional anatomy laboratory, assisting medical students with practical anatomy work.
