Trained in muscular and physiological chains according to the Busquet method, my practice is based on touch and dialogue. It is aimed at adults, adolescents and children who have chronic pain, the cause of which is often unknown: neck pain, lower back pain, headaches, chronic fatigue, etc. Using a combined approach of words and touch, we will investigate to understand and resolve blockages in the body: touch to release body tensions, and dialogue to bring to light the words hidden by the ailments. I offer care focused on the concepts of baby Busquet muscle chains, pediatric manual therapy, as well as free motor skills. The little one's sleep is also regularly at the heart of parents' concerns. Mon approche est centrée sur la bienveillance, la douceur et l’individualisation des soins, que ce soit pour la rééducation post-partum, les troubles périnéaux, la prévention, ou le suivi du développement de l’enfant(plagiocéphalie, torticolis, motricité…), ou toute sorte de prise en charge.

Mon objectif : offrir une prise en charge complète, adaptée à chacun, pour favoriser le mouvement, l’équilibre et le bien-être global.
