I am trained in sports physiotherapy, vestibular and manual therapy.

I am Anneleen Vermeeren, graduated in 2010 with a master's degree in rehabilitation sciences and manual therapy from KU Leuven. In 2014, I started my own practice KinActive. To keep broadening my vision and to guide my patients as fully as possible in their recovery process, I completed several specialization courses over the years. With in particular the training "osteopathy". In 2018, I graduated as a licensed osteopath. There I discovered my great passion for human movement and passion for the principle that the body functions as one coherent whole. I also continue to educate myself in osteopathy, and at the beginning of 2018 I started the two-year course in osteopathy for babies and children.

Osteopathy is the global and systemic approach of the human body in order to detect the origins of the dysfunctions often responsible for pain and obtain relief through my non-aggressive techniques at the parietal, visceral or cranial level. Orthokinesis, is the control and examinations of the posture, stability and balance of the human body in static and in movement. Indeed, any dysfunction leads to balance disorders, pain and muscular and articular constraints. Orthokinesis is aimed at people in pain as well as athletes (to improve performance and avoid injuries). How does it work? By carrying out a battery of tests and precise examinations thanks to a highly sophisticated 3D software. The solution: installation of active insoles made of carbon material, very fine and resistant, from the company Kinépod. Intelligent soles which, by restoring the mobility of the arch of the foot, correct the deformations of the feet, stimulate the proprioceptive sensors, re-educate the postures, relieve the tensions and the pains and allow (like new shock absorbers) to protect the articulations and the muscles from all the constraints imposed at the time of the various solicitations (in particular sporting) and thus to improve the performances.

Treatment of dizziness and balance disorders. It may be BPPV (Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo), Ménière's Disease, Vestibular Deficiency or other disorders.

Duez Michel, osteopath D.O., receives you in his private practice. He practices a tissue osteopathy thanks to his training in Normandy with Pierre Tricot. The manipulations, from this training, allows a soft approach to musculoskeletal disorders. No brutal manipulation is performed, which allows to take care of all ages of patients.

Diplômée de l'Université de La Corogne (Espagne) en 1997, je suis spécialisée dans le traitement des problèmes affectant la moitié supérieure du corps, tels que les douleurs au niveau de la nuque, des épaules, des coudes et des poignets, le troubles de l'articulation temporo-mandibulaire et les acouphènes.

Pour obtenir les meilleurs résultats, j'intègre diverses techniques dans mes traitements, allant de la kinésithérapie classique à la thérapie manuelle et aux techniques myofasciales. J'utilise également le dry-needling et le kinesiotaping pour répondre aux besoins spécifiques de chaque patient.
