Graduated in osteopathy from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, I offer consultations for the treatment of acute, chronic, and functional musculoskeletal disorders.

I provide care for a wide range of conditions, including migraines, stress-related tension, neck and lower back pain, and temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction.

With additional training in pediatrics and perinatal care, I also support infants, children, pregnant women, and postpartum patients with gentle, adapted osteopathic treatment.

With a Master's degree in Physiotherapy, my recent training and my various professional experiences allow me to approach the most recent care techniques with maturity and professionalism in order to ensure an optimal functional and sports recovery in the respect, safety and well-being of the patient. The treatments cover orthopedic rehabilitation as well as respiratory physiotherapy (adult and child), geriatric or sports physiotherapy, with a particular emphasis on explaining the pathologies, treatment and prevention. Mr. Ludovic Sophys is a physiotherapist specialized in sports, orthopedic, cardiovascular and respiratory physiotherapy. After completing his Master's degree in physical therapy at the Université Libre de Bruxelles, he worked in intensive care at the Erasmus Hospital and in outpatient orthopedics at the Etterbeek-Ixelles Hospital. A physiotherapist by training, I like to get involved in patient care and have a global vision of the pathology in order to best adapt the treatment to the specific needs of the patient, whether they are athletic or not. Having always been an athlete, my experience in endurance sports (cycling, ultra distance, mountain biking, triathlon, trail running, running, etc.) has allowed me to better understand the impact of musculoskeletal pathologies on the lives of all people. days. I therefore have a good understanding of the adaptations of sports training depending on the pathology and the technical aspects relating to different sports.

I finished my kinetic studies at the HELB in 2021. I had the opportunity to experience different facets of kinesiology. Through my internships, I have worked in the uro-gyneco, vestibular, maxillary, neuro-pediatric spheres as well as in an orthopedic physio practice. During my sessions, I try to transmit my knowledge and my energy to my patients to allow them to understand their pathology and the exercises set up but also to gain motivation over time!
