Je suis kinésithérapeute, diplômée d’un Master à la Haute École Libre de Bruxelles en 2022. Depuis plus de trois ans, j’exerce au sein d’un cabinet composé exclusivement de kinésithérapeutes.

Passionnée par mon métier, je suis une personne bienveillante, empathique, souriante et toujours à l’écoute de mes patients. Mon objectif principal est d’accompagner chacun d’eux au mieux dans leur rééducation, afin de les voir progresser et retrouver leur bien-être. Pour cela, j’accorde une grande importance à la réalisation de bilans précis ainsi qu’à une prise en charge individualisée et personnalisée, éléments essentiels à l’établissement d’une relation de confiance et un traitement de qualité.

En tant que kinésithérapeute généraliste, je prends en charge diverses pathologies :

• Orthopédiques et traumatologiques (entorses, fractures, lombalgies, douleurs aiguës ou chroniques, etc.)
• Respiratoires, notamment chez les nourrissons
• Neurologiques et rhumatologiques

Je suis également formée en drainage lymphatique manuel et en thérapie manuelle.

J’accueille et accompagne des patients de tout âge, du nourrisson à la personne âgée.

Nicolas Renaux is an osteopath D.O since 2017 and a physiotherapist by training. With his numerous experiences in centers and offices, he has specialized in musculoskeletal, perinatal and pediatric treatment as well as in the visceral field. He adopts a holistic vision of osteopathy, emphasizing the globality and unity of the body. Working in his private practice and as a consultant at the C.H.U. Ambroise Paré, in the maternity, gynecology and pediatrics departments, he will do his utmost to respond to your problems in an optimal manner.

Diplômée d’un Master en kinésithérapie à la Haute École Condorcet (IPKN), je propose une prise en charge personnalisée. Je pratique la kinésithérapie générale, la kiné respiratoire (adultes et enfants), rééducation en orthopédie et traumatologie (entorses, luxations, blessures sportives ou liées au travail). J’accompagne également les patients en post-opératoire (épaule, membre supérieur et inférieur), en réadaptation physique, ainsi que dans la revalidation des troubles neurologiques.

A l'écoute de chaque patient, j'adapte les soins en fonction des besoins et des objectifs propre à chacun.

I am an osteopath graduated from the ULB and I work with neuro-musculo-skeletal disorders. During my training, I acquired a solid medical background that allows me to propose a safe treatment adapted to the problem encountered. My training continued with a complementary master in risk management and well-being at work, option ergonomics (ULB, UCLouvain, ULiège and UMons), which allows me to give advice on prevention. I am also an assistant in charge of osteopathy practical works at the Faculty of Motor Sciences of the ULB, which allows me to keep my knowledge up to date.

Kinésithérapeute de formation, je me suis spécialisé en ostéopathie (D.O.) pour élargir ma lecture du corps et affiner ma pratique manuelle. Mon approche s'articule autour de plusieurs axes complémentaires : les chaînes musculaires et articulaires (méthode G.D.S.), la reprogrammation neuro-posturale, la kinésithérapie maxillo-faciale et le dry needling des points trigger myofasciaux.

Gérant de l'Institut Médicosportif du Centre, je travaille au quotidien aux côtés de kinésithérapeutes, de médecins du sport, d'un orthopédiste, d'un podologue, d'une naturopathe et d'une psychologue — une équipe pluridisciplinaire réunie autour d'une même exigence : comprendre le corps dans sa globalité.

Depuis 2024, je transmets également cette approche comme conférencier pour l'ASBL Kinéformation, qui forme des kinésithérapeutes diplômés à la thérapie manuelle sur les sites de Namur, Liège, La Louvière et du Luxembourg. Wim De Paepe is an osteopath since 2016. Graduate of IAO, he is also a lecturer in this same school. His training and his various specializations allow him to take care of the pathologies of the adult (sportsman, sedentary ...) as well as that of the newborn or the pregnant woman.

Graduated in general osteopathy, I provide treatment adapted to the patient and their disorders associated with the pathology. I also specialize in temporomandibular joint disorders, as well as pediatric and perinatal care. Osteopathy is a manual diagnostic and therapeutic approach that targets joint and tissue mobility restrictions. Using different techniques, the osteopath aims to relieve pain and associated disorders, helping to restore the body's function and rebalance it as a whole. Osteopathy is aimed at all populations: adults, elderly people, infants, pregnant women and athletes.

Trained in muscular and physiological chains according to the Busquet method, my practice is based on touch and dialogue. It is aimed at adults, adolescents and children who have chronic pain, the cause of which is often unknown: neck pain, lower back pain, headaches, chronic fatigue, etc. Using a combined approach of words and touch, we will investigate to understand and resolve blockages in the body: touch to release body tensions, and dialogue to bring to light the words hidden by the ailments.
