Diplômé de la Haute École Libre de Bruxelles (HELB) en 2025, et formé au crochetage et aux troubles de l’articulation temporo-mandibulaire. Sportif, j’ai pratiqué le football pendant 18 ans, depuis lors je pratique la course à pied, le padel ou encore le fitness. j’intègre le centre de kinésithérapie miroir après y avoir réalisé mon tout premier stage pendant mon cursus. Mon but est de vous accompagner au mieux tout au long du traitement et de répondre au mieux aux objectifs que vous vous êtes fixés, ou qu’on fixera ensemble.

Diplômée d’un Master en kinésithérapie obtenu en 2019 à l’ISEK‑HE2B, je suis passionnée par mon métier et attachée à une prise en charge personnalisée, bienveillante et centrée sur les besoins de chaque patient. Mon objectif est d’offrir un accompagnement professionnel, humain et adapté à chaque situation clinique.

Au fil de mon parcours, j’ai développé une expertise dans plusieurs domaines complémentaires :

• orthopédie, pour la prise en charge des douleurs, blessures et suites opératoires ;
• gériatrie, avec un accompagnement axé sur la mobilité, l’autonomie et la prévention des chutes ;
• revalidation cardio‑pulmonaire, pour soutenir les patients dans leur récupération respiratoire et fonctionnelle ;
• prise en charge des céphalées et migraines, domaine dans lequel je développe un intérêt particulier.

J’ai également suivi plusieurs formations spécialisées :

• kinésithérapie respiratoire du nourrisson et de l’adulte ;
• drainage lymphatique manuel (méthode Leduc) ;
• kinésithérapie de l’ATM ;
• kinésithérapie sportive.

Grâce à mes années d’expérience en centre médical, j’accorde une grande importance à l’écoute, au dialogue et à la compréhension de vos besoins. Chaque prise en charge est construite sur mesure, en tenant compte de vos objectifs, de votre rythme et de votre évolution.

Mon rôle est de vous accompagner pour retrouver mobilité, confort, autonomie et confiance dans vos mouvements, dans un cadre professionnel, rassurant et respectueux.

Passionate about sports since his youth, especially basketball, the practitioner is currently practicing with the Phoenix Brussels Basketball (Division 1). He also practices within the Brugmann hospitals (Neurology Rehabilitation & Intensive Care). He can provide you with abdominal reeducation care, help you to free yourself from your back pain, lumbago, notably with the help of crocheting, suction cups or free yourself from your joint pain. He also takes care of rehabilitation, home visits, bone problems, sports injuries, hand, wrist or neck pain. He holds a master's degree in physical therapy from HELB and is specialized in sports physical therapy. His consultations are conducted in French or English.

I graduated from the European School of Osteopathy (Maidstone, UK) with a Master in Osteopathy, after obtaining a bachelor's degree in osteopathy at the ULB (Brussels). During all these years, I have acquired a passion for the human body and his functions. My bicultural background has given me the opportunity to become familiar with a wide range of techniques: structural, myotensive, fascial, muscular, visceral, cranio-sacral... I graduated in Sports Physiotherapy from VUB and further broadened my perspective by travelling around the world for a year, strengthening my passion for working with people and learning languages. I speak Dutch, French, and English, with a basic knowledge of Spanish.

As a self-employed physiotherapist in Brussels (Arte Medica and Basic-Fit) and strength & conditioning coach for the youth teams of Oud-Heverlee Leuven, I treat patients with a wide range of conditions. Football has always been a major part of my life. I currently play in the Belgian First Provincial League for KFC Herent after coming through the youth academy of OHL.

My areas of expertise include sports physiotherapy, manual therapy, and dry needling. I believe in a personalised approach to help every patient achieve an optimal and lasting recovery.
