I hold a Master’s degree in physiotherapy, specialising in the upper body, and I am passionate about treating patients with orthopaedic conditions, ranging from neck pain to lower back pain, including elbow tendonitis.

As a young and dynamic physiotherapist, I am fully committed to supporting my patients with kindness and attentiveness. My working method is based on a patient-centred approach, aiming to provide personalised care tailored to each clinical situation.

I am available at three practices: in Ixelles, in Kraainem and at Uperform in Wezembeek-Oppem.

With 9 years of practice in a medical center, I have enriched my practice with exchanges with my colleagues doctors, nurses, psychologists,... Through my various trainings, I have specialized in the treatment of joint, muscle and nerve pain (sciatica, cervicobrachialgia,...), pregnancy support and respiratory kinesiology for babies. I followed the 2 year certificate in manual therapy at UCL and other trainings (Trigger Points, Maitland, Stecco Fasciatherapy, Mulligan, neurodynamics,...) which give me many strings to my bow to help you with your back pain, neck, shoulder, knee, headaches, osteoarthritis,... Physiotherapy, for me, is a collaborative work with the patient. I like to share my knowledge of the body and its pathologies to help you better understand and manage your pain. Passionate about pregnancy, I accompany mothers and couples to prepare for childbirth. My goal is to give them the necessary resources and advice concerning breathing, labor positions, effective pushing,... Diplômée d'un master en ostéopathie à l'Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB), après un diplôme de kinésithérapie et réadaptation obtenu à l'UCLouvain, ce parcours me confère une démarche à la fois médicale et scientifique.

Mon approche se concentre sur les troubles musculo-squelettiques variés : douleurs du dos (lombalgie, lumbago, torticolis, douleurs thoraciques et costales, ...), troubles articulaires et musculaires, ainsi que certains troubles neurologiques périphériques.

Mon objectif est de vous aider à retrouver confort et mobilité, en plaçant votre bien-être au centre du traitement.

Je consulte au cabinet Body E Motion situé à Woluwe-Saint-Lambert les lundis et mercredis.

Je consulte au Flamingo Care Center situé à Braine-L'Alleud les mardis, jeudis et vendredis.

I have a Master's degree in physiotherapy and rehabilitation from the ULB with Great Distinction and I practice general physiotherapy. I am therefore able to provide you with care and to accompany you in your rehabilitation: orthopedic, geriatric, cardiological or neurological. For athletes, my experience in the field will also help you to return to competition in the best conditions. I am available at the office on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 8am to 4pm and on Saturdays from 10am to 2pm. Ostéopathe, diplômée d’un cursus de six ans à l’Université Libre de Bruxelles, je prends en charge un large panel de pathologies.

Ma pratique comporte l'ostéopathie générale, également une prise en charge des tensions musculo-squelettiques, des cervicales aux lombaires, en passant par les troubles de l’articulation temporo-mandibulaire et les troubles de la sphère abdominale, par exemple.

Tout type de patients et patientes sont les bienvenus, je suis en mesure de vous proposer des consultations pédiatriques, mais également pour les femmes enceintes.

J'aurai le plaisir de vous accueillir dans une ambiance chaleureuse et en misant sur une écoute attentive et une sincère intention empathique. Le tout en collaboration avec une équipe multidisciplinaire, dont votre kiné, sage-femme, médecin ou dentiste.

Tarifs : 60€ pour toute consultation en semaine (68€ le week-end et jours fériés)
