I am a psychologist and psychotherapist, and am trained in brief therapy, hypnosis and systemic therapy. I see adolescents, adults and couples for consultations that last between 45 and 60 minutes. Diane Le Bars is a humanistic therapist. She offers a warm, personalized and above all human therapy with your well-being as her main mission. She is also specialized in energetic psychology and treats all types of problems. She offers face-to-face and online consultations.

Graduated in psychology and educational sciences in 2009, I have worked in various sectors of clinical psychology. I first worked with children and adolescents suffering from autism, psychosis and severe neurosis, and then opened my own practice. Trained in psychoanalytical and systemic practices, I now work both as a clinical manager in a child psychiatric hospital and as a psychotherapist with a varied patient base, children, adolescents or adults, in individual, couple and/or family settings. I treat various psychological disorders (attachment disorders, addiction, depression, anxiety, burn-out, school drop-out, autism spectrum disorders, psychotic disorders, ...).

Diplômée en psychologie sociale et passionnée par les comportements humains, je propose un accompagnement pour chaque personne qui traverse des difficultés au cours de sa vie. Aider les personnes qui rencontrent des difficultés et leur apporter un accompagnement adapté est un plaisir.

J'aime énormément comprendre le fonctionnement de chacun avec son propre mécanisme. Je suis intimement convaincue que sur base de cette compréhension, cela permet de déceler chaque problème à son origine. Mon objectif est que chaque personne puisse se sentir soutenue et comprise dans un cadre bienveillant et apaisant.

J’oriente mon aide sur base d’une anamnèse, de dessin, de l’écrit (pour les enfants) et de la parole pour optimiser l’expression des difficultés de chacun.

J'accompagne les personnes qui présentent des difficultés relationnelles, de l'anxiété, de la phobie sociale, des problèmes d'estime de soi, de confiance en soi, la dépression, la peur du regard des autres, des problèmes familiaux, etc. (liste non-exhaustive).

Ms. Kints is a psychologist with over 10 years of experience. She is a clinical psychologist and offers consultations for children, adolescents, adults and seniors. She has a degree in psychology obtained in 2000, as well as a diploma of complementary studies obtained in 2001. She is also specialized as a family and couple therapist. She is a member of several associations and also performs psychotherapy thanks to her various trainings. With more than 10 years of experience in family planning and in private practice, she will be happy to receive you and help you during the consultations she offers in her private practice in Braine-Le-Château.

I am a clinical psychologist recognized by the commission of psychologists (approval number: 912221778). I obtained my degree in psychology (research section) in 2014 at the ULiège. I continued my studies with a master in criminology obtained in 2016. After a year spent working in the field of youth work as a criminologist I realized that I felt hindered in the help I could provide. Therefore, I decided to take a final year of study in adult clinical psychology in order to be able to offer psychological follow-up for individuals, couples or families and to get as close as possible to the human character of the helping relationship. I am currently working at the Psy Pluriel center in Liege where I offer follow-ups for adults from 18 years old. I am trained in cognitive-behavioral therapy but I also have the skills and tools to adapt to the requests and the people who ask for help. The help I offer covers different issues such as anxiety disorders (generalized anxiety, social anxiety, OCD, phobias ...), work on self-confidence / self-esteem / self-affirmation, stress management, emotional dependence, interpersonal problems or any other subject that concerns the person. I am also trained in EMDR which is a therapy centered on trauma, it allows to soothe the emotional knots resulting from one or more traumatic events in order to be able to integrate this into one's life path. I work mainly with individuals. Couple or family sessions are also possible. Passionate about my work, I am constantly training myself, in the "to come" section you can see my imminent projects. What can a psychological follow-up bring to you ? First of all, an attentive, neutral and benevolent ear. Indeed, the psychologist is a neutral person who will listen to you without judging you. This will allow you to put your feelings into words, in a way that will allow you to objectify them, to take a step back and to find courses of action in the company of a neutral third party and in a neutral place as well. It is true that it can be pleasant and reassuring to confide in friends or family, but they know you and even with the best of intentions they may see your situation with filters concerning what they know about you. Sometimes they live with you, so there may be biases on their side and you may be reluctant to describe your situation for fear of offending someone, for example. A psychologist does not know you and has no preconceived ideas about you, this new perspective is a real asset.
