Psychologue clinicienne conventionnée diplômée de l’Université Libre de Bruxelles, je suis titulaire d’un master en psychologie clinique et psychopathologie.

Je reçois des adultes, adolescents et couples pour un accompagnement psychologique adapté à chaque situation et chaque personnalité.

Je suis spécialisée dans la prise en charge des addictions, des troubles du comportement alimentaire, ainsi que dans la gestion du stress, de l’anxiété et des difficultés relationnelles ou familiales.

Mon approche est intégrative, ce qui me permet d’adapter mes outils thérapeutiques à la demande et aux besoins spécifiques de chacun.

En parallèle, étant également coach sportif, j’intègre lorsque cela est pertinent une dimension psychocorporelle au suivi. Cette approche permet de reconnecter l’esprit et le corps, notamment dans les problématiques liées à l’image de soi, à la régulation émotionnelle ou à la reconstruction après un traumatisme.

Chaque accompagnement est unique : je veille à proposer un espace bienveillant, sécurisant et dynamique pour vous aider à mieux vous comprendre, à surmonter vos difficultés et à retrouver un équilibre personnel.

As a clinical psychologist with a degree from the ULB, I offer a caring and reassuring framework to accompany any person experiencing discomfort, questions or symptoms. Although my approach is mainly analytical, I consider the treatment as an active collaboration between the psychologist and the consultant. Thus, I sometimes use concepts and tools from other approaches (systemic and ttc) in order to adapt my practice to the individuality of the person. I receive teenagers and adults individually for 45 minutes, either for a one-time meeting or for a long-term follow-up.

Psychologue clinicien de formation, je propose principalement des thérapies analytiques, des thérapies de type cognitivo-comportemental et systémiques.  Je suis également formé à la prise en charge individuelle et collective des traumatismes psychiques qui peuvent intervenir après un événement à fort retentissement émotionnel. 

Mon expérience de plus de 20 ans m’a amené à travailler autour de nombreuses problématiques : troubles anxieux, dépendances, difficultés conjugales, troubles relationnels, deuils, toutes formes de situation de victimisation (agressions sexuelles, violences conjugales,  traumas…), burn-out, difficultés dans la sphère professionnelle, gestion du stress.

Je suis fortement sensibilisé aux questions concernant l’identité et/ou l’identité sexuelle. 

Je propose des accompagnements qui s’adressent à des adultes, des adolescents et des couples.  

Psychotherapist with an analytical orientation. In addition to my private practice, I work in several health care institutions (Psychiatric Centers, Outpatient Services for drug addicts, Mental Health Services, Family Planning Centers, Maison Verte). My care practice is based on verbal exchange and its elaboration. It is an active listening that takes into account the singularity of each person as well as their request. I receive in consultation all persons struggling with a malaise, a symptom or a questioning.

I am a clinical psychologist with a master’s degree from Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB), and I work with adults facing emotional difficulties, low self-esteem, relationship issues, or repeated patterns that feel hard to change. In my practice, I use schema therapy — a method that helps people understand and change long-standing patterns that often come from unmet emotional needs earlier in life. I completed my basic training in Schema Therapy with the ISST (International Society of Schema Therapy), and I’m passionate about this approach. I also have training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and I integrate tools from both approaches depending on each person’s needs. I aim to support people in breaking self-destructive cycles and building a more authentic, emotionally fulfilling life.

Klinik psikoloji yüksek lisans eğitimimi Brüksel'de Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB)’de tamamladım. Yetişkinlerle çalışıyorum ve terapide ağırlıklı olarak duygusal zorlanmalar, ilişki problemleri, özgüven eksikliği, depresyon, anksiyete bozuklukları ve kişilik örgütlenmesine dair sorunlarla ilgileniyorum. Terapi sürecimde temel olarak Şema Terapi yaklaşımını benimsiyorum. Şema terapi, bireyin çocukluk döneminde gelişen duygusal ihtiyaçlarının yeterince karşılanmaması sonucu oluşan ve bugün ilişkilerini, düşünce biçimini ve yaşam döngülerini etkileyen kalıpları anlamasına ve dönüştürmesine yardımcı olur. Bu yaklaşım üzerine ISST (Uluslararası Şema Terapi Derneği) onaylı temel eğitimimi tamamladım. Ayrıca Bilişsel Davranışçı Terapi (BDT) alanında da eğitim aldım ve bu iki yöntemi kişinin ihtiyaçlarına göre entegre bir şekilde kullanıyorum.

Psychologue clinicienne agréée par la commission des psychologues, diplômée de l'UCL, j'ai ensuite effectué un troisième cycle en psychothérapie systémique (ULB) afin d'avoir une vision plus large des différents systèmes dans lesquels toute personne peut être amenée à évoluer. Je propose de mettre à votre disposition un espace d'écoute, de bienveillance et de co-construction afin de vous accompagner au mieux quel que soit la problématique que vous pouvez rencontrer. Je vous propose un accompagnement sur des thématiques telles que le stress, la gestion des émotions, le manque de confiance ou d'estime de soi, les difficultés relationnelles, le deuil, etc...

I am a clinical psychologist, trained in victimology and psycho-traumatology and in continuing education in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy at the Université Libre de Bruxelles. In parallel to my consultation, I work in the Mental Health Service of the Province of Brabant Wallon in Tubize with adults and adolescents. As a person and a psychologist, I have always valued listening and empathy. Thus, the welcome and the non-judgmental attitude that I guarantee to my patients, allow me to create a secure relationship with them, characterized by benevolence. My practice is characterized by the use of various tools such as relaxation, anchoring and self-hypnosis techniques. The patient can learn to use these tools to work through his or her emotions and experience them more serenely. The establishment of a trusting and collaborative relationship between the patient and myself is essential in order for us to work together. In this way, the support that I will offer the patient will allow him/her to have a space where he/she can free his/her speech and verbalize his/her emotions, so that we can make sense of what he/she is going through. The change that the patient wants to achieve and the setting of objectives according to his initial request, as well as the realization of new experiences in a secure place, will be at the center of the care that I propose to offer him.

Psychologue clinicienne (ULB) et psychothérapeute (IFISAM) depuis près de 20 ans, je travaille et continue de me former selon les orientations analytique et systémique. Je reçois des enfants (dès 4 ans), des adolescents et leurs parents, ainsi que des adultes.

Je consulte pour de nombreux types de problématiques : difficultés de comportement, de développement et scolaires, anxiété, déprime, séparations difficiles, problèmes relationnels dans la famille, problématiques adolescentaires, identitaires, questions existentielles, difficultés professionnelles,...

Parallèlement à cette pratique privée, je travaille depuis une quinzaine d’années comme psychologue en milieu scolaire (tous niveaux d’enseignement et dans différents milieux socio-économiques).
