Clinical psychologist graduated in 2016 from the Université Libre de Bruxelles, I have since had the opportunity to work in several institutions welcoming people with various pathologies: autism, psychological disorders, dysphasia, deafness, etc. My professional experiences have been varied and rich in lessons. I am now opening my own practice to accompany children, adolescents and adults in the form of individual interviews. In order to broaden my skills, I am also training in sign language in Ixelles. My psychotherapeutic vision is Freudian inspired. I welcome you for a first meeting at my office or at your home to understand your problems. You will then decide if you wish to start a therapeutic work.

Psychologue clinicien de formation, je propose principalement des thérapies analytiques, des thérapies de type cognitivo-comportemental et systémiques.  Je suis également formé à la prise en charge individuelle et collective des traumatismes psychiques qui peuvent intervenir après un événement à fort retentissement émotionnel. 

Mon expérience de plus de 20 ans m’a amené à travailler autour de nombreuses problématiques : troubles anxieux, dépendances, difficultés conjugales, troubles relationnels, deuils, toutes formes de situation de victimisation (agressions sexuelles, violences conjugales,  traumas…), burn-out, difficultés dans la sphère professionnelle, gestion du stress.

Je suis fortement sensibilisé aux questions concernant l’identité et/ou l’identité sexuelle. 

Je propose des accompagnements qui s’adressent à des adultes, des adolescents et des couples.  

As a clinical psychologist with a degree from the ULB, I offer a caring and reassuring framework to accompany any person experiencing discomfort, questions or symptoms. Although my approach is mainly analytical, I consider the treatment as an active collaboration between the psychologist and the consultant. Thus, I sometimes use concepts and tools from other approaches (systemic and ttc) in order to adapt my practice to the individuality of the person. I receive teenagers and adults individually for 45 minutes, either for a one-time meeting or for a long-term follow-up.

I have a master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychopathology from the ULB with a specialization in parenting support from the UCL. Using an integrative approach that reconciles psychoanalysis, behavioral and humanistic therapies, I propose that we work together in the understanding and resolution of problematic situations. Having worked in Latin America and practicing with expatriates, I attach particular importance to language, which can bring valuable subtleties to the therapeutic work. I am a clinical psychologist, trained in victimology and psycho-traumatology and in continuing education in cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy at the Université Libre de Bruxelles. In parallel to my consultation, I work in the Mental Health Service of the Province of Brabant Wallon in Tubize with adults and adolescents. As a person and a psychologist, I have always valued listening and empathy. Thus, the welcome and the non-judgmental attitude that I guarantee to my patients, allow me to create a secure relationship with them, characterized by benevolence. My practice is characterized by the use of various tools such as relaxation, anchoring and self-hypnosis techniques. The patient can learn to use these tools to work through his or her emotions and experience them more serenely. The establishment of a trusting and collaborative relationship between the patient and myself is essential in order for us to work together. In this way, the support that I will offer the patient will allow him/her to have a space where he/she can free his/her speech and verbalize his/her emotions, so that we can make sense of what he/she is going through. The change that the patient wants to achieve and the setting of objectives according to his initial request, as well as the realization of new experiences in a secure place, will be at the center of the care that I propose to offer him.

Je possède un master en psychologie clinique de l’adulte de l’UCLouvain et un bachelier en psychopédagogie et psychomotricité de Marie Haps. J'ai été formée à la thérapie de la reconsolidation (Méthode Brunet). Lors de mon parcours clinique, j'ai développé mes compétences en accompagnant une grande variété de personnes souffrant de différents troubles psychologiques. Actuellement, je travaille avec des enfants, des adolescents, des adultes et des seniors. Je propose des consultations en turc et en français, avec une approche basée sur l'écoute active, la bienveillance, le regard positif inconditionnel et la compréhension empathique. Pour moi, la congruence est essentielle dans la relation thérapeutique. La thérapie de la reconsolidation est une méthode courte pour traiter les traumatismes, les phobies, les deuils persistants complexes et les troubles de l'adaptation. Chaque événement est abordé individuellement en 8 séances, combinant une thérapie spécifique avec l'utilisation du propranolol.

Je suis également formée à l'EMDR (Désensibilisation et Retraitement par les Mouvements Oculaires), qui est une méthode psychothérapeutique visant à aider les personnes à surmonter des traumatismes et des émotions difficiles. Grâce à une stimulation bilatérale (généralement par des mouvements oculaires), cette approche permet de retraiter des souvenirs douloureux afin de les intégrer plus efficacement dans notre mémoire.
