Psychologue clinicienne diplômée de l’université Libre de Bruxelles, agréée par la Commission des Psychologues et détentrice du visa clinicien, je suis spécialisée dans le suivi d’enfants, d’adolescents et de familles. 

J’accompagne les jeunes et/ou leurs familles à retrouver de la créativité et du mouvement lorsqu’il est devenu difficile de bouger et de se penser. Mon orientation est systémique mais j’utilise aussi des outils d’autres courants et disciplines comme la psychologie humaniste, la gestalt, la TCC, le dessin ou encore le théâtre. 

Grâce à mes diverses formations et expériences professionnelles, j’ai approfondi mes connaissances sur :

– La neuroatypie (TSA, TDA/H, HP, etc) ; 

– Les troubles psychotiques ;

– Les troubles anxieux ;

– Les troubles de l’humeur ;

– Les problèmes relationnels (liés à la famille, au milieu scolaire…).

I have a master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychopathology from the ULB with a specialization in parenting support from the UCL. Using an integrative approach that reconciles psychoanalysis, behavioral and humanistic therapies, I propose that we work together in the understanding and resolution of problematic situations. Understanding the conceptual and cultural framework of others is the basis of the work I propose to undertake. Having worked in Latin America and practicing with expatriates, I attach particular importance to language, which can bring valuable subtleties to the therapeutic work. I receive in French as well as in Portuguese. The modalities and rhythm of the sessions will be determined during the first meetings where we will be able to identify the nature of the problem. I receive clients at the Mimosa Center in Brussels on Mondays and Saturdays for individual, family or couple counselling. My consultations are aimed at teenagers, adults and elderly people to whom I offer home follow-ups if necessary. En tant que psychologue au Centre de Santé Holistique de Nivelles, voici un aperçu de ma formation et de ma pratique :

Diplômé d’un master en psychologie à l’université catholique de Louvain en 2011, j’ai d’abord acquis plusieurs expériences de travail dans le secteur de l’aide à la jeunesse comme psychologue dans un service d’accrochage scolaire et coach scolaire auprès d’écoles secondaires.

Parallèlement, je me suis formé à l’Institut Provincial de formation sociale de Namur durant quatre années pour devenir intervenant en thérapie familiale et systémique. Ceci me permet d’analyser plus finement la complexité des relations entre individus tout en prenant en compte l’influence de l’environnement, du « système » sur l’individu.

J’ai aussi eu l’opportunité de travailler dans plusieurs services de santé mentale, ce qui a apporté une dimension clinique à mon expérience.

Au sein du centre de santé holistique de Nivelles, je peux accompagner les adolescents, les adultes, les couples et les familles dans la résolution de leurs problèmes personnels, scolaires ou professionnels : stress, anxiété, dépression, burn-out…

Je peux également vous aider dans vos difficultés relationnelles, émotionnelles et psychologiques, vous soutenir dans la gestion d’un traumatisme, d’un vécu compliqué, du deuil, identifier un obstacle, vous aider à la réalisation de vos objectifs, …

Bonjour à toutes et à tous, je suis psychologue clinicienne et je travaille avec des adultes dès l’âge de 18 ans. Une citation que j’aime beaucoup : « Mettre des mots sur ses maux ». En effet, je pense que pouvoir parler de ses émotions ainsi que ses difficultés dans un cadre bienveillant ; où non-jugement, respect de l’autre, secret professionnel règnent, permet d’apaiser certaines souffrances et d’apprendre à comprendre ses ressentis ainsi que son fonctionnement. Mon objectif est de créer une alliance thérapeutique dans laquelle vous vous sentirez écouté et dans laquelle les aléas de la vie pourront être abordés (maladie, décès, stress, anxiété, burn-out, dépression, sexualité, difficultés relationnelles et affectives, rupture, divorce, addictions, etc.). I consult every Monday afternoon from 1pm to 6pm at Rue de Tenbosch 85, office n°4. My main objective is to provide psychological support to my patients, using attentive and empathetic listening.

Psychologist specializing in neuropsychology. I mainly support children and adolescents with cognitive, behavioral and/or academic difficulties (ADHD, HPI, learning disabilities), as well as their parents. I also accompany university students for work methodology sessions. I carry out intellectual, attentional and/or neuropsychological assessments for children/teenagers and adults. I have a master's degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychopathology obtained from the Free University of Brussels in 2021, and a master's degree in Neuropsychology obtained from the University of Maastricht in 2022. I attach great importance to continuing education in order to continue to learn new things and improve my practice. I am trained in parental guidance (CPIM), in mental management and metacognition (work methodology), and I am currently completing a 2-year university course at the University of Liège in Cognitive Intervention. I worked as a neuropsychologist in a primary healthcare center in Namur in 2022 following an internship in infant-juvenile neuropsychology, and I have currently been practicing since January 2023 in a multidisciplinary neuropediatric center (La Manivelle) in Brabant Walloon. I have been working since March 2023 every Wednesday at the Mimosa-Churchill center and welcome you there with pleasure.
