Why see a psychologist? Throughout our lives, we are confronted with numerous difficulties that can arise at a personal, relational and/or professional level. It can happen that we feel overwhelmed and powerless in the face of these difficulties, and in such cases it can be beneficial to consult a psychologist. Consulting a psychologist can also be a way of working on yourself and getting to know yourself better. Being accompanied by a professional gives you an outside perspective and helps to identify and work on recurrent patterns in your life. I offer individual consultations in French, Dutch or English. An initial contact will enable us to get to know each other and to define your needs and objectives together. Then, a therapeutic follow-up can be set up to pursue these objectives.

Clinical psychologist graduated from UCLouvain, I specialize in the Person-Centered and Experiential approach founded by Carl Rogers (University certificate in PCPE at UCLouvain). My experiences in Belgium and abroad have been through contact with individuals with varied profiles, suffering from social isolation, with mood disorders or even with or without disabilities. I will support you in working through your difficulties and your personal journey. In work, among other things, anxiety, mourning, burnout, depressive feelings, isolation, search for meaning. My work is rooted in a humanist approach to therapeutic work which is expressed in the care I pay to empathy, unconditional positive consideration of the person and authenticity.

I consult every Monday afternoon from 1pm to 6pm at Rue de Tenbosch 85, office n°4. My main objective is to provide psychological support to my patients, using attentive and empathetic listening.

Mon parcours a été riche de diverses expériences, notamment en milieu hospitalier, dans la prévention au suicide, dans l’aide à la jeunesse et en milieu scolaire. J’aspire à vous permettre de naviguer de façon plus sereine à travers vos difficultés, à vous aider à les appréhender sous un autre regard, ceci à l’aide des ressources déjà présentes en vous ou nouvellement trouvées. Dans un cadre soutenant et au rythme qui est le vôtre, je vous accompagnerai à (re)trouver un équilibre momentanément peu ou pas accessible. Les difficultés rencontrées peuvent toucher à différents domaines tels que : la dépression, l’anxiété, les problématiques identitaires, les problématiques relationnelles, la gestion des émotions, l’estime de soi/confiance en soi, le deuil, les traumas, les plaintes psychosomatiques,...

Vous trouverez à ma consultation un cadre chaleureux, une écoute bienveillante et non-jugeante, indispensable pour l’accompagnement psychologique donc vous avez besoin. Vous pouvez me consulter pour diverses problématiques telles que : stress, anxiété, burn-out, affirmation de soi, gestion des émotions, deuil pathologique, traumatisme, dépression, addictions, troubles de la personnalité, soutient à la parentalité, etc. Je reçois sur rendez-vous uniquement les adultes et les adolescents.
