J'accompagne les femmes durant la grossesse pour une préparation à l'accouchement, les femmes venant d'accoucher pour une rééducation périnéale et abdominale, les femmes souffrant de troubles urinaires, de douleurs pelviennes, ou d'endométriose. Je travaille également avec la méthode Pilates pour vous accompagner dans un renforcement de la sangle abdominale profonde.

With 9 years of practice in a medical center, I have enriched my practice with exchanges with my colleagues doctors, nurses, psychologists,... Marie-Sophie Dequenne has a degree in physical therapy and rehabilitation from the Catholic University of Louvain. She is specialized in perineology (urogynecology, pre- and postnatal), hypopressive gymnastics, manual lymphatic drainage (Vodder/Földi method) and Analytical physiotherapy (Concept Sohier). Je suis Masseur-Kinésithérapeute diplômé d'Etat depuis 2012, j'ai réalisé mes études en France et travaillé au sein de diverses structures et cabinets, qui ont enrichi mon expérience et ma pratique. Je place au centre de mon approche la bienveillance, la pédagogie, l'autonomisation et l'activité.

Nassim is a physical therapist graduating in June 2021. Although he has a master's degree in low back pain, he is able to manage musculoskeletal disorders in a general way, while adapting to the patient and offering specific follow-up. As a young graduate, Nassim has been educated with the latest recommendations in kinesiology and management. He will be able to advise you and answer your questions in the most relevant way. Following a training in sports kinesiology at the UCL, he aspires to train as much as possible in order to remain as close as possible to scientific rigor.
