Le Docteur Delannoy m'a reçu en urgence. Il a pris tout le temps nécessaire pour m'expliquer les choses dans des situations qui sont parfois stressantes. Il s'est par ailleurs démené pour me permettre d'avoir des réponses rapidement. Je ne peux que le recommander.

RDV pris trois semaines à l'avance, confirmé par le praticien, 13:00 le 21/08, arrivée à l'accueil en avance, enregistrement, indication de me rendre en salle d'attente. Montée au 7e étage. Arrivée avant 13:00. Attente de 45 mn soit 13:45. sans aucun appel en salle ni message de retard éventuel ni information de quelque type. Obligation de retourner à mes activités professionnelles - raison pour laquelle le rdv fut pris à 13:00 sur la parusse de midi. Redescente à l'accueil. Personnel désolé. La médecine déhumanisée.

je n'ai jamais vu ce patient, ni dans mon cabinet ni dans ma salle d'attente!! Ce jour j'ai commencé ma consultation à 13h, le patient de 13h20 était déjà là mais le patient de 13h n'était pas encore signalé arrivé! Vers 13h30 j'ai vu qu'il était arrivé , je l'ai appelé dans ma salle d'attente : pas présent et les autres patients n'ont vu personne arriver ni partir!, Je supposait qu'il s'était trompé d'étage, j'ai signalé cela aux secrétaires qui lui ont téléphoné mais il n'a pas répondu mais une des secrétaires se souvenait qu'elle avait vu partir quelqu'un sans rien dire!!!
