Sinds 2014 ben ik werkzaam als therapeute, eerst in Antwerpen en nu ook in Kalmthout. In therapie vind ik het belangrijk om duidelijk te vertrekken vanuit de hulpvraag van de cliënt. Waar zit de stagnatie en hoe kan er terug beweging komen in het proces van de cliënt? Ik geloof sterk in de groei en veerkracht van ieder individu. Ik vertrek als therapeut vanuit de huidige situatie en van daaruit gaan we toekomstgericht kijken en blikken we terug naar het verleden. Processen van denken, voelen en handelen worden in beweging gezet. Als therapeute wil ik een veilige ruimte geven voor alle aspecten van het mens-zijn. Cliënten kunnen in de praktijkruimte op gesprek komen of kiezen voor wandeltherapie. (in de Kalmthoutse heide) Wandeltherapie is zoals het klinkt : de therapie al wandelend doen, buiten in de natuur. Door het ‘stappen’ neem ik mensen letterlijk terug mee in beweging.
