Grâce à l'obtention d'un diplôme en thérapies manuelles, j'associe à ce travail actif, une prise en charge passive indispensable.

Cette dernière consiste à travailler les articulations et les tissus afin de libérer des limitations d'amplitudes. Cela permettra de réaliser des mouvements plus souples et sans douleur.

Je porte également un intérêt accru à l'articulation de l'épaule. Douleurs aiguës, chroniques ou post-opératoire.

L'objectif sera de trouver la technique permettant de diminuer les douleurs et d'augmenter la capacité physique grâce à une prise en charge individualisée.

Fraîchement diplômé de l’Université de Liège (janvier 2025), je poursuis actuellement une spécialisation en kinésithérapie du sport afin de proposer des prises en charge toujours plus ciblées et efficaces.

Passionné de sport, je pratique le tennis, l’escrime le ski et bien d’autres disciplines. Ce lien fort avec le mouvement et la performance me permet de mieux comprendre les besoins des sportifs, amateurs comme confirmés.

Au-delà du domaine sportif, j’accompagne toute personne qui souhaite retrouver confort, mobilité et qualité de vie, que ce soit après une blessure, en cas de douleur persistante ou simplement pour se sentir mieux dans son corps.

Graduated from the Catholic University of Louvain (UCLouvain) in 2016, I welcome you by appointment at the office. I practice general physiotherapy (respiratory, pre- and post-operative, etc.) and I specialize in sports physiotherapy, maxillofacial physiotherapy and orthopedic manual therapy. I am a physiotherapist with a Master’s degree from Poland and an Advanced Master's in Manual Therapy from VUB Brussels. I am passionate about manual therapy and dry needling, and I enjoy helping patients relieve pain, restore mobility, and improve their overall well-being.

Being a graduate in general physiotherapy and rehabilitation from the ULB, I take care of people suffering from orthopedic, neurological, geriatric and cardio-respiratory disorders. I use mobilizations, stretching, massage (trigger points), hooking and physical exercise in my treatments. Indeed, I believe in the benefits of physical activity in healing and wish to combine the art of healing with the art of movement. I also continue to follow various trainings in order to offer you the best possible care.
