With 9 years of practice in a medical center, I have enriched my practice with exchanges with my colleagues doctors, nurses, psychologists,... Through my various trainings, I have specialized in the treatment of joint, muscle and nerve pain (sciatica, cervicobrachialgia,...), pregnancy support and respiratory kinesiology for babies. Titulaire d’un Master en Kinésithérapie de la Haute École de Bruxelles HE2B ISEK, j’ai eu l’opportunité d’effectuer de nombreux stages enrichissants dans divers domaines de la rééducation, tels que la revalidation orthopédique, le service ambulatoire, la rééducation cardio-respiratoire, la gériatrie, ainsi que la neurologie adulte et pédiatrique.

Diplômé d'un master en kinésithérapie et spécialisé en traitement physique de l'œdème ainsi qu'en drainage lymphatique manuel. Je pratique la kinésithérapie générale et suis en cours de formation en Oro-maxillo-facial.

En plus de la kinésithérapie générale, principalement orthopédique, j'ai suivi une formation en thérapie manuelle qui m'a permis de développer des techniques afin de diminuer les douleurs, de retrouver de la mobilité et donc d'améliorer les capacités fonctionnelles. Je suis également formée au Pilates Matwork 1 ce qui me permet de vous proposer des exercices de revalidation doux afin de renforcer les muscles centraux et d'équilibrer le corps.
